    Госморречнадзор с 11 по 18 мая 2018 года выявил 52 нарушения

    Сотрудники Управления государственного морского и речного надзора и территориальных органов (Госморречнадзора) с 11 по 18 мая 2018 года в целях предупреждения аварийности провели 83 контрольно-надзорных мероприятия. По данным Госморречнадзора, в результате было выявлено 52 нарушения.

    В том числе 28 инспекторских проверок, из них: 9 проверок субъектов транспортного комплекса и 19 предлицензионных проверок; 55 осмотров объектов транспортной инфраструктуры. Проведено 14 документарных проверок; 1 проверка с органами прокуратуры. Завершено расследование по 3 транспортным происшествиям на морском и внутреннем водном транспорте.

    За отчётный период на морском транспорте зафиксирована 1 авария. На внутреннем водном транспорте аварий, подлежащих учёту Госморречнадзором, не зафиксировано.

    По фактам выявленных нарушений Правил плавания по внутренним водным путям Российской Федерации, Правил технической эксплуатации речного транспорта, Устава службы на судах и иных действующих нормативных требований в сфере водного транспорта было выдано 9 предписаний, вынесено 27 постановлений о привлечении к административной ответственности, 2 протокола  направлено в судебные органы.

    Сумма штрафов по статьям прямого действия составила 47,9 тыс. руб., по протоколам, направленным в суд – 295,0 тыс. руб.. Общая сумма наложенных штрафов составила 342,9 тыс. руб.
