    В порту Роттердам проведена церемония имянаречения двух новых буксиров компании Kotug Smit Towage

    Церемония крещения двух новых буксиров Rotterdam и Beagle, построенных Damen для поставщика буксировочных портовых услуг Kotug Smit Towage, была проведена в порту Роттердам, сообщает пресс-служба Damen.

    В прошлом и этом году Kotug Smit Towage приняла в эксплуатацию четыре недавно построенных Damen буксирных судна для выполнения услуг в европейских портах. Из них два буксира сейчас работают в порту Роттердам.

    Буксир Rotterdam построен по проекту ASD Tug 2913 и имеет тяговое усилие свыше 80 тонн. Судно Beagle относится к проекту азимутальных буксиров ASD Tug 2412 Twin Fin отличающихся компактностью и маневренностью. Тяговое усилие буксиров этой серии составляет 72 тонны.

    Международная судостроительная группа Damen Shipyards Group (головной офис - г. Горинхем, Нидерланды) объединяет 32 судостроительные и судоремонтные верфи (15 - в Нидерландах и 17 - в других странах). Общая численность персонала компании по всему миру составляет 8 тыс. человек, из них 3 тыс. трудятся в Нидерландах. Годовой оборот группы Damen составляет 1,7 млрд евро. Компанией построено на сегодняшний день более 5 тыс. судов по всему миру и ежегодно передается в эксплуатацию около 180 новых судов. Damen специализируется в проектировании и строительстве буксиров, катеров, патрульных, высокоскоростных и грузовых судов, земснарядов, судов для обслуживания морских платформ, судов для ликвидации аварийных разливов нефти (ЛАРН), фрегатов и мега-яхт.

    Kotug (головной офис - Роттердам, Нидерланды) берет свое начало в 1911 году и управляется четвертым поколением семьи Коорен. Сегодня Kotug является международным оператором буксирного флота. Компания специализируется в оказании различных услуг, включая швартовные, буксировочные и спасательные операции на терминалах, в портах, на морских шельфовых месторождениях по всему миру, передает во фрахт суда, проводит подготовку специалистов и оказывает консультационные услуги.
