    На верфи Fincantieri в 2020 году завершится строительство первого из трех круизных судов для Virgin Voyages

    На верфи Fincantieri (Триест, Италия) в 2020 году планируется завершение строительства первого из трех круизных судов по заказу Virgin Voyages. Лайнеры водоизмещением 110 тыс. тонн, длиной 278 м и шириной 38 м способны вмещать более 2700 пассажиров и 1150 членов экипажа. Как сообщает пресс-служба компании ABB, в проекте использованы системы Azipod®, ставшие стандартом для круизного сектора, и новейшие технологиии с фокусом на экологичность и энергоэффективность.


    Каждое судно будет оборудовано двумя колонками типа Azipod XO, общей мощностью 32 МВт («X» – «новое поколение», «O» – для работы на открытой воде). Отмечается, что данная винторулевая система имеет уникальную конструкцию – электродвигатель расположен в погружной гондоле вне корпуса судна. Это возможность освободить ценное место на борту, а также снизить уровень шума и вибрации, что крайне важно для комфорта пассажиров. Оптимизированное рулевое управление (вращение колонки на 360°) позволит судам швартоваться без помощи буксиров.

    Отмечается, что важное для заказчика преимущество системы Azipod – экономный расход топлива. В сравнении с традиционной валолинией, винторулевая колонка (ВРК) Azipod позволяет снизить топливопотребление на 15%.

    «Экологичность в концепте VirginVoyages для нас одна из первых задач, и мы не сомневаемся, что АВВ и движитель Аzipod помогут ее решить. Кроме того, система Аzipod обеспечивает превосходную маневренность судна, поэтому наш выбор обоснован», – комментирует старший вице-президент подразделения морской промышленности и технической эксплуатации VirginVoyages Стюарт Ховкинс.

    Также в объеме поставки полный силовой комплекс: генераторы, главный распределительный щит (ГРЩ), распределительные трансформаторы и система дистанционного управления. Четырехтактные двигатели, вращающие генераторы (четыре на судно), оснащены турбокомпрессорами АВВ серии TPL-C и соответствуют высоким требованиям и оптимальны для подобного лайнера. Интегрирование систем движения и питания позволит достичь высокой работоспособности и снизить объем выбросов.

    За 25-летний период, с момента первой установки Azipod, накоплено более 15 млн рабочих часов с ресурсом 99,8%, сэкономлено свыше 700 тыс. тонн топлива. Весной 2018 года АВВ заключила 100-ый контракт на поставку Azipod в круизном сегменте. В настоящее время предлагаемый диапазон мощности движителей от 1,5 МВт до 22 МВт.

    Участие АВВ в новом проекте Virgin Voyages проходит в рамках стратегии «Электроэнергия. Цифровые технологии. Связь». Среди опций АВВ, предлагаемых в том числе и для данных судов, платформа ABB AbilityTM. Это инструмент расширенного мониторинга работы систем, анализа данных, определения необходимости и планирования обслуживания оборудования, а также удаленная техническая поддержка.
