  На самом большом китайском контейнеровозе флота COSCO Shipping Lines установлены турбонагнетатели производства ABB

  Судно COSCO Shipping Universe, самый большой в Китае контейнеровоз вместимостью свыше 21 тыс. TEUs, оснащен турбонагнетателями производства компании ABB, которые обеспечивают оптимальную производительность и топливную эффективность, говорится в сообщении производителя судового оборудования.

  ABB Turbocharging давно сотрудничает судоходной компанией COSCO SHIPPING Lines Co., Ltd (COSCO SHIPPING Lines). Турбонагнетателями ABB будут оборудованы основные и вспомогательные двигатели всех шести контейнеровозах класса Universe грузоподъемностью по 21 тыс. TEUs, которые будут поставлены заказчику вплоть до 2019 года.

  На сегодняшний день для флота COSCO Shipping было поставлено сотни турбокомпрессоров ABB. 

  Головное судно серии мега-контейнеровозов Cosco Shipping Universe, было передан в эксплуатацию в июне 2018 на верфи Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co. LTD. Судно оборудовано тремя двухтактными турбонагнетателями серии ABB A180-L подходящих для главного дизельного двигателя и четырьмя четырехтактными турбонагнетателями ABB TPL67-C33 для четырех вспомогательных двигателях.

  Серия турбонагнетателей A100 соответствует стандартам IMO II, а также III, у них уменьшенный расход топлива, эксплуатационная гибкость, надежность и наличие; увеличенный срок эксплуатации между техническим осмотром, профилактическим обслуживанием и ремонтом. Турбонагнетатели отличают безопасность и пониженные шумы в машинном отделении.

  Серия TPL-C, соответственно, сконструирована в ответ на растущий на рынке спрос на большую мощность, эффективность и удлиненный срок эксплуатации двигателей. Помимо экономии топлива и пониженным уровнем выбросов, серия TPL-C отличается использованием модульных решений с меньшим количеством запчастей, простотой установки и технического обслуживания.

  Как изготовитель комплексного оборудования с интегрированной, международной сетью снабжения, ABB Turbocharging обеспечит техническую поддержку и поставку запчастей для всех турбонагнетателей, используемых на судах флота COSCO Shipping Lines.

  Контейнеровоз COSCO Shipping Universe имеет габаритную длину 399,9 м, общую высоту, эквивалентную 24-этажному зданию (72 м), дедвейт 198 тыс. тонн и эксплуатационную скорость 22 узла. COSCO SHIPPING Lines разместит судно для обслуживания сервиса Дальний Восток – Северо-Западная Европа.
