    Группа GEFCO завершила сделку по покупке GLT

    Группа GEFCO, мировой поставщик услуг для цепей поставок промышленных предприятий и европейский лидер в сфере автомобильной логистики, завершила сделку по покупке компании GLT, специализирующейся на перевозках между Европой и Марокко. Как сообщает пресс-служба Группы, соглашение, о котором было объявлено 11 января 2018 года, получило одобрение европейских регулирующих органов. 

    Отмечается, что слияние с компанией GLT позволит GEFCO укрепить свои позиции в этом регионе и получить новый опыт, а также расширить клиентский портфель, в частности, в таких отраслях как автомобильная промышленность, мода и розничная торговля.

    «Мы рады завершению сделки по приобретению компании GLT, которая имеет более чем двадцатилетний опыт в области перевозок грузов между Европой и Марокко, – отмечает Люк Надаль, председатель правления Группы GEFCO. – Приветствуем всех сотрудников GLT в команде GEFCO и уверены, что объединение наших знаний и опыта принесет оптимальную выгоду нашим клиентам».

    Компания GLT, основанная в 1998 году, является признанным экспертом в области доставки грузов через Гибралтарский пролив и ведущим оператором, осуществляющим перевозки между городами Альхесирас (Испания) и Танжер (Марокко). Ежегодно компания выполняет более 16 тыс. перевозок, используя 75 грузовиков и 380 трейлеров.

    GLT будет полностью принадлежать GEFCO Испания и находиться под ее управлением как специализированное бизнес-подразделение, отвечающее за перевозки между Европой и Марокко. Филиал GEFCO в Испании имеет более 30 лет опыта в сфере логистических услуг. В компании работает 700 сотрудников, а клиентский портфель насчитывает 5 тыс. промышленных клиентов.
