    Камчатке необходимо 3,38 млрд руб. на реализацию проекта «Чистая страна», предусматривающую подъем затопленных судов

    При реализации в Камчатском крае федерального проекта «Чистая страна» необходимо ликвидировать 71 объект накопленного вреда окружающей среде, включая суда и их фрагменты, затопленные в Авачинской бухте, акватории Усть-Камчатского морского торгового порта, а также Козельский полигон захоронения ядохимикатов и пестицидов. По данным министерства природных ресурсов и экологии Камчатского края, на ликвидацию этих объектов требуется 3 млрд 380 млн руб., из них 3 млрд 346,2 млн руб. – средства федерального бюджета. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба областного правительства.

    «При реализации в крае федерального проекта «Чистая страна» мы сталкиваемся с несколькими проблемами. Во-первых, проблемой отчуждения затопленных судов у их собственников, во-вторых, каждое судно необходимо включить в государственный реестр объектов накопленного вреда окружающей среде, в-третьих, разработать проектно-сметную документацию на подъем и утилизацию каждого судна. Решение этих вопросов требует участия федерального центра», – сказал министр природных ресурсов и экологии Камчатского края Василий Прийдун.

    В ходе реализации программы «Чистый воздух» запланирована покупка 6 стационарных пунктов наблюдения за загрязнением атмосферного воздуха. Их приобретение позволит сформировать более эффективную систему государственного мониторинга качества атмосферного воздуха.

    В федеральный проект «Сохранение уникальных водных объектов» министерством предложено внести ежегодные мероприятия по очистке от мусора берегов и прибрежных акваторий Авачинской бухты.

    «Авачинская бухта является местом стоянки большого количества военных кораблей и гражданских судов, вдоль береговой полосы располагаются промышленные предприятия, население городов Петропавловска-Камчатского и Вилючинска, Елизовского района используют прибрежную полосу Авачинской губы для отдыха. В целях снижения негативного воздействия на экологическое состояние Авачинской бухты требуется проведение ежегодных мероприятий по очистке береговой полосы со стороны прилегающих к бухте населенных пунктов. На реализацию мероприятий этого проекта из федерального бюджета требуется 12 миллионов рублей», – отметил Василий Прийдун.

    Он добавил, что до 2020 года в крае планируется создать памятник природы регионального значения «Дранкинские горячие ключи» и охранную зону памятника природы регионального значения «Урочище Река Николка». Этим территориям необходимы особые меры охраны, которые можно реализовать в рамках федерального проекта «Сохранение биологического разнообразия».

    Национальный проект «Экология» включает в себя национальные цели и стратегические задачи экологического развития России до 2024 года. Министерством природных ресурсов и экологии Камчатского края подготовлены краевые составляющие федеральных проектов «Чистая страна», «Чистый воздух», «Сохранение уникальных водных объектов» и «Сохранение биологического разнообразия», входящие в нацпроект «Экология».
