    В строительство зернового терминала в порту Махачкала планируется вложить 2 млрд руб.

    Дагестанская компания ООО «Махачкалинский зерновой терминал» намерена вложить в строительство зернового терминала в порту Махачкала 2 млрд руб., передает РИА «Дагестан» со ссылкой на информацию представителя компании.

    По его словам, для начала реализации проекта необходимо выделение земельного участка площадью не менее 6 га.

    «С момента выделения участка реализация первого этапа проекта займет от полутора до двух лет, второго этапа – еще один год с момента ввода в строй первой части терминала», – отметил представитель компании.

    Как сообщалось ранее, вопросы реализации инвестиционного проекта по строительству в г. Махачкале современного зернового терминала обсуждались 12 сентября 2018 года на совещании под руководством врио председателя правительства Республики Дагестан Артёма Здунова.

    Первый этап реализации проекта предусматривает строительство специализированного зернового терминала в Махачкалинском морском порту мощностью перевалки 1,5 млн тонн зерна в год и накопительно-перегрузочного зернового элеватора на 40 тыс. тонн единовременного хранения с оказанием услуг по хранению, сушки, доработке, погрузки и разгрузки зерна. Второй этап – доведение мощностей хранения элеватора до 100 тыс тонн, мощностей по перевалке до 2 млн тонн зерна.

    Проект планируется реализовать только за счет собственных средств без привлечения кредитных ресурсов.
