    Rauma Marine Constructions построит для Tallink Grupp новый паром стоимостью 250 млн евро

    AS Tallink Grupp и Rauma Marine Constructions (Rauma) подписали соглашение о намерениях по строительству нового скоростного парома, который будет курсировать на линии Таллин-Хельсинки. Ориентировочная стоимость проекта составляет порядка 250 млн евро, паром будет построен к концу 2021 года. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Tallink Grupp.

    Новый паром будет оснащен двухтопливным двигателем. В качестве основного топлива, как и на пароме Megastar, вышедшем на эту линию в 2017 году, будет использоваться СПГ. Вместимость судна составит порядка 2 800 пассажиров. В строительстве будут использованы самые новые технологии и инновационные решения, основной задачей компании является запуск самого энергоэффективного и экологически безопасного судна на Балтийском море.

    «Tallink Grupp годами вкладывала значительные усилия и ресурсы в развитие линии Таллин-Хельсинки. С запуском сервиса скоростных паромов более десяти лет назад мы смогли построить мост между двумя столицами, предлагая частые отправления в течение всего года, и делая страны ближе друг к другу. Следующим шагом на нашем пути станет постоянное развитие и улучшение услуг. Megastar стал для нас первым гигантским прыжком вперед и новый паром будет равнозначно важным достижением, - сообщил исполнительный директор Tallink Grupp  Пааво Ныгене. - Мы очень рады сотрудничать с финским судостроительным заводом в этом проекте, предоставляя ценные человеко-часы и возможности нескольким эстонским и финским  компаниям и поставщикам, которым этот проект принесет пользу».

    На верфи Rauma было построено четыре парома Tallink Grupp, еще два судна компании были здесь спроектированы. В последний раз верфь строила для Tallink Grupp паром Baltic Queen, который был сдан в 2009 году и сейчас курсирует на линии Таллин-Стокгольм.  

    AS Tallink Grupp - ведущий паромный оператор пассажирских и грузовых судов в северной части Балтийского моря. Компания владеет 14 судами и обслуживает семь линий под брендами Tallink и Silja Line.  Количество сотрудников в компании AS Tallink Grupp насчитывает 7 400 человек. В 2017 году на борту паромов компании было перевезено более 9,8 млн пассажиров.  Акции Tallink Grupp котируются на Таллинской бирже, входящей в состав OMX.

    Rauma Marine Constructions (RMC) полностью финская компания, которая была основана летом 2014 года. RMC специализируется на строительстве и обслуживанию машин и пассажирских паромов, многофункциональных ледоколов.
