  Компания Herman Sr. BV разместила первый заказ на буксир серии Damen DP2 Shoalbuster

  Голландский поставщик морских услуг компания Herman Sr. BV заключила соглашение с Damen Shipyards Group на поставку первого недавно разработанного буксирного судна неограниченного плавания серии Shoalbuster 3514, оборудованного системой динамического позиционирования DP2 и самого большого в этом классе. Об этом было объявлено в ходе работы выставки достижений морской энергетики Offshore Energy 2018. Как сообщает пресс-служба нидерландской судостроительной группы, судно будет построено на верфи DAMEN Shipyards Hardinxveld.
  
  Планируется, что буксир класса Shoalbuster будет передан в эксплуатацию весной 2020 года и получит имя Brutus.
  
  Длина буксира – 35 м, ширина – почти 14 м. Свободная палубная площадь – 150 кв. м. Буксир имеет нотацию SD, то есть, судно имеет малую осадку в 2,70 м при полностью заполненных танках и 2,40 м при их 50% заполнении. Обработка якорей морских платформ будет одной из многих услуг, которую сможет оказывать буксир. Вдобавок к перечисленным характеристикам судно имеет тяговое усилие в 60 тонн. Буксир оборудован четырьмя двигателями Caterpillar C32 ACERT с тормозной эффективной мощностью в 3879 bkW (5280 л.с.), с четырьмя насадками (1900 мм).
  
  Экипаж буксира будет состоять из пяти-шести человек и на борту судна смогут разместиться до 22 человек персонала, обслуживающих морские проекты.
  
  Компания Herman Sr намерена использовать новый буксир для снабжения и обслуживания морских ветроэлектростанций. Мелкая осадка судна позволит ему работать как у побережья, так и в открытом море. Буксир оборудован системой позиционирования DP2 Kongsberg, включая вспомогательные подруливающие устройства для обеспечения удержания устойчивого положения в море, в непосредственной близости от ветротурбин и других морских конструкций. Открытая кормовая часть позволяет использовать судно для проведения работ по прокладке кабеля, а шарнирно-сочлененный кран, закрепленный на кормовой палубе, может обрабатывать самые различные грузы и оборудование.
