    ПАО «Транснефть» запустило завод по производству высоковольтных электродвигателей АО «РЭД» в г. Челябинске

    В г. Челябинске состоялась торжественная церемония открытия завода АО «РУССКИЕ ЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСКИЕ ДВИГАТЕЛИ» (АО «РЭД»), созданного в рамках проводимой ПАО «Транснефть» работы в области импортозамещения для организации в Российской Федерации производства высоковольтных электродвигателей, говорится в сообщении ПАО «Транснефть».

    Президент РФ Владимир Путин дистанционно в режиме видеоконференцсвязи из своей резиденции совместно с прибывшим в г. Москву председателем Совета министров Итальянской Республики Дж. Конте дали разрешение на запуск завода в работу.

    Предприятие по производству высоковольтных электродвигателей – АО «РЭД» создано ПАО «Транснефть» (51%) и АО «КОНАР» (49%) при участии технологического партнера - итальянской компании Nidec ASI S.p.A.

    Завод, представляющий собой передовое высокотехнологичное производство, оснащен более 200 единицами современного оборудования, из которых 83 ед. – уникальное высокоточное оборудование. Объем производства АО «РЭД» составит до 300 высоковольтных электродвигателей в год мощностью до 14 МВт с возможностью расширения номенклатуры продукции до 45 МВт.

    Продукция нового завода в будущем может использоваться для нужд нефтяной и газовой промышленности, судостроения, электроэнергетики и других отраслей России. Завод способен обеспечить потребности не только российских предприятий, но и выпускать конкурентную на мировом рынке продукцию.

    Строительство завода было начато в апреле 2016 года, в закладке первого камня принимал участие председатель правительства РФ Дмитрий Медведев. Уже в 2017 году основные строительные работы были завершены, в 2018 году выполнена установка и наладка технологического оборудования.
