    В Якутии капитан-механик пассажирского теплохода за работу в состоянии алкогольного опьянения оштрафован на 100 тыс. руб.

    В Республике Саха (Якутия) капитан-механик пассажирского теплохода «Ракета-269» признан виновным в оказании услуг по перевозке пассажиров водным транспортом, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности их жизни и здоровья. Приговором суда ему назначено наказание в виде штрафа в размере 100 тыс. руб. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Восточно-Сибирского следственного управления на транспорте СК РФ.

    Собранные следственными органами управления доказательства признаны судом достаточными для вынесения приговора 58-летнему сменному капитану-механику пассажирского теплохода «Ракета-269». Он признан виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 238 УК РФ (оказание услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности жизни и здоровья потребителей).

    Следствием и судом установлено, что 30 июня 2018 года около 13:00 по местному времени  обвиняемый оказывал услугу по перевозке 55 пассажиров на теплоходе  «Ракета-269» по акватории реки Лена в состоянии алкогольного опьянения.

    Оказанные судоводителем услуги не отвечали требованиям безопасности жизни и здоровья пассажиров. Во время управления судном сменный капитан-механик неверно выбрал маневр, потерял ориентировку, нарушил движение по судовому ходу, пропустив створные знаки, посадил судно на мель. В результате выхода теплохода за судовой ход и удара об мель пассажиры получили различные телесные повреждения.
