    «Северная верфь» заложила ярусолов-процессор «Гандвик-2» для РК «Вирма»

    На Судостроительном заводе «Северная верфь» для Рыболовецкой компании (РК) «Вирма» (входит в ГК «Карельский рыболовный флот») заложен второй ярусолов-процессор проекта МТ1112XL - «Гандвик-2». Как сообщает пресс-служба предприятия, судно должно быть передано заказчику до конца 2020 года.

    РК «Вирма» называет свои новые суда Гандвиками по средневековому скандинавскому названию Белого моря. «Гандвик-2», так же как и «Гандвик-1», будет вести промысел трески и пикши в северных районах Атлантического океана, Баренцевом и Норвежском морях.

    Проектом МТ1112XL предусмотрены автоматизированные линии установки и выборки ярусов, оборудование для глубокой и безотходной переработки и хранения улова непосредственно на судне. Ярусолов водоизмещением 2,2 тыс. тонн будет иметь длину 59 м и ширину 13 м, автономность его плавания составит 45 суток, а общая производительность – 30 тонн рыбы в сутки.

    Директор РК «Вирма» Иван Пасынков сообщил, что Группа компаний «Карельского рыболовного флота» (КРФ), в которую входит его предприятие, владеет шестью траулерами тралового способа лова, из них три – иностранной постройки. КРФ поставляет на отечественный рынок треску, пикшу, мойву, путассу, сельдь, скумбрию и окуня - всего более 100 тыс. тонн рыбы в год.

    Генеральный директор Северной верфи Игорь Пономарев подчеркнул, что с РК «Вирма» в конце 2018 года завод заключил договор на строительство третьего ярусолова. Его закладка запланирована на март 2019 года. А всего Северная верфь должна построить для рыбодобывающих компаний 14 судов - четыре ярусолова-процессора (три – для РК «Вирма» и один  - для ООО «Глобус») и десять траулеров-процессоров для Группы НОРЕБО. Строительство «рыбаков» на отечественных верфях стало возможным благодаря реализации федеральным правительством мероприятий по поддержке отечественной судостроительной промышленности.

    «Северная верфь» (первое название — Путиловская) основана 14 ноября 1912 года. Верфь является одним из ведущих предприятий оборонной промышленности России. За столетнюю историю на верфи построено около 600 надводных кораблей и коммерческих судов для ВМФ и гражданских флотов, в том числе ракетные крейсера, корабли противовоздушной обороны, большие противолодочные корабли и эскадренные миноносцы, пассажирские и сухогрузные суда, контейнеровозы, суда типа ро-ро, балкеры, буксиры, суда снабжения, паромы и плавучие доки. Сегодня в портфеле заказов предприятия - серии фрегатов и корветов, а также суда различного назначения.

    Группа компаний «Карельский рыболовный флот»  - преемник Беломорской Базы государственного лова рыбы (основана в 1951 году). Центральный офис - в Петрозаводске. Занимается промышленным океаническим рыболовством, рыбопереработкой и продажей готовой продукции. В группу входят: ООО «Согласие», ООО Рыболовецкая компания «Вирма», ООО «Сифиш», ООО «Рыботорговая сеть», АО «Архангельский траловый флот». Сегодня предприятия группы реализуют проект строительства рыбоперерабатывающего завода производительностью более 50 тонн в сутки с холодильником и транспортно-логистическим центром в г. Кондопога (Карелия) в районе трассы «Кола» Мурманск-Санкт-Петербург. Ввод завода в эксплуатацию завода намечен на 2019 год.
