    Цены на бункерное топливо могут снизиться – аналитики MABUX

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса MABUX (индекс, рассчитываемый по текущим ценам на основные виды бункерного топлива в пуле ведущих портов мира) немного выросли 1 марта 2019 года, говорится в аналитическом обзоре, предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» компанией Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX).

    Мировые нефтяные индексы, в свою очередь, снизились на фоне опасений снижения глобального спроса на сырье после выхода слабой макроэкономической статистики в США

    Майский фьючерс нефти Brent на ICE в Лондоне снизился на $1,24 и достиг уровня $65.07 за баррель. Апрельский фьючерс на легкую малосернистую нефть на NYMEX в Нью-Йорке подешевел на $1,42 и показал $55,80 за баррель. Спред между котировками составил $9,27 против $8,81 сессией ранее. Мартовский фьючерс на газойль снизился на $10,50.

    Сегодня утром топливные котировки растут на фоне надежд на то, что США и Китай уже в конце месяца подпишут долгосрочное торговое соглашение.

    В СМИ появились сообщения о том, что США и Китай перешли на финальный этап консультаций по вопросам торговли и могут достичь финального торгового соглашения уже к 27 марта в ходе встречи глав двух государств. Китай, в частности, предлагает снизить тарифы и ряд других ограничений на сельскохозяйственную, химическую, автомобильную продукцию и другие товары из США. Соединенные Штаты, в свою очередь, рассматривают возможность отмены большей части, если не всех, экономических санкций, наложенных на товары китайского производства в прошлом 2018 году. Кроме того, по итогам последних переговоров сторон в конце февраля президент США Дональд Трамп отложил запланированное на 1 марта очередное повышение пошлин на китайские товары. Предполагается, что завершение длительного торгового конфликта двух крупнейших мировых экономик положительно отразится на мировой экономике в целом и спросе на нефть.

    США впервые за три месяца отправили свою нефть в Китай. Танкер, впервые с конца ноября прибывший в китайский порт Циндао, начал разгрузку в пятницу. Судно Kara Sea вместимостью 600 тысяч баррелей было загружено нефтью из сланцевой провинции Eagle Ford. В начале октября прошлого года поставки нефти из США в Китай были полностью остановлены на фоне роста торгового конфликта двух стран при этом, США начали поставки нефти в Китай всего два года назад, в 2016 году.

    Индекс деловой активности в промышленности США (ISM Manufacturing) в феврале опустился до 54,2% с уровня января 56,6%. Показатель достиг самого низкого уровня с ноября 2016 года. Есть опасения, что эти данные указывают на возможное замедление роста американской экономики, что может сказаться на уровне спроса на нефть.

    В то же время, практически не оказали влияние на котировки данные о количестве буровых установок в США. Как сообщила американская нефтегазовая сервисная компания Baker Hughes, a GE Company (BHGE), число нефтяных буровых в стране по итогам недели к 1 марта снизилось на 10, до 843 ед. Годом ранее количество установок составляло 800 штук.

    Китайская национальная нефтегазовая корпорация (CNPC) обнаружила рядом с городом Тяньцзинь на севере Китая значительные запасы сланцевой нефти. В целом запасы сланцевой нефти в этом районе оцениваются в 100 млн тонн. По данным Международного энергетического агентства, извлекаемые запасы сланцевой нефти в Китае составляют около 4,5 млрд тонн. По этому показателю страна уступает только России и США.

    Россия полностью выполняет взятые на себя обязательства в рамках пакта ОПЕК+, сократив производство сырья по итогам февраля на 97.000 баррелей в сутки по сравнению с октябрем 2018 года. В целом добыча в феврале  относительно декабря 2018 года снизилась на 145.000 баррелей в сутки.

    «Мы полагаем, что сегодня цены на бункерное топливо могут снизиться. Цены на тяжелые сорта могут снизиться на $5-7, дизельное топливо может подешеветь на $8-10 «, - отмечается в обзоре.
