    Ленобласть и Камчатка подписали соглашение по развитию контейнерных перевозок

    Соглашение о реализации проекта по развитию контейнерных перевозок между Ленинградской областью и Камчатским краем подписано на Международном Арктическом форуме «Арктика – территория диалога». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба правительства Ленобласти.

    Проект строительства контейнерного порта-хаба в Камчатском крае объявлен АО «Корпорация развития Камчатского края» и ООО «Приморский универсально-перегрузочный комплекс».

    «Камчатский край и Ленинградская область не находятся в арктической зоне, но мы заинтересованы в реализации проекта Северный морской путь. С одной стороны он свяжет Камчатку с Европой, а с другой – Ленинградскую область с азиатскими странами. Это отличная коммерческая перспектива, которая позволит сократить сроки доставки грузов в наших регионы», – отметил губернатор Ленинградской области Александр Дрозденко.

    Инициатором проекта выступила компания «Приморский универсально-перегрузочный комплекс», которая реализует крупный инвестиционный проект в Ленинградской области – строительство универсального портового комплекса в порту Приморск с грузооборотом до 70 млн тонн, из которых до 30 млн тонн контейнерных грузов. Проект предполагает создание особой экономической зоны на территории Ленинградской области.

    Таким образом, из Приморска в Камчатский край планируется организовать контейнерные перевозки по Северному морскому пути с помощью крупнотоннажных контейнеровозов арктического класса. Создание арктической контейнерной линии позволит конкурировать с перевозками через Суэцкий канал, привлекает инвестиции в инфраструктуру Севморпути и позволит создать дополнительные 2000 новых рабочих мест.

    Новый приморский порт будет построен к 2022 году, тогда как камчатский терминал появится в 2024 году.  Планируется, что грузооборот межу двумя портами – в Приморске и Камчатке – составит до 15,0 млн TEUs/год.

    Создание порта в Камчатском крае и организация контейнерной линии – продолжение работы двух регионов в рамках соглашения о социально-экономического сотрудничестве, подписанного в феврале этого года на Российском инвестиционном форуме в Сочи.

    Международный арктический форум «Арктика — территория диалога» проводится с 2010 года и является крупнейшей площадкой для совместного обсуждения с зарубежными партнерами актуальных проблем и перспектив развития Арктического региона.

    В рамках Форума состоится выставка. Выставка Международного арктического форума «Арктика — территория диалога» — это профессиональная площадка для презентации арктических проектов, конструктивного диалога, обмена опытом, поиска решений и консолидации усилий представителей науки, бизнеса и власти, а также общественных организаций в целях ответственного и бережного освоения и развития Арктики.
