    Институт океанологии им. П.И.Ширшова намерен заключить контракт на строительство двух НИС на Выборгском ССЗ по проекту Damen

    Институт океанологии им. П.П.Ширшова РАН  намерен в ближайшие два месяца заключить контракт на строительство двух научно-исследовательских судов (НИС). Об этом в беседе с журналистами на Международном арктическом форуме «Арктика - территория диалога», отвечая на вопрос корреспондента ИАА «ПортНьюс», сообщил врио директора Института океанологии, доктор географических наук Алексей Соков.

    «Мы договорились с ОСК и согласны разместить заказ на Выборгском судостроительном заводе, - рассказал он. – Нам бы хотелось, и мы с Алексеем Львовичем (Рахмановым – прим. ИАА «ПортНьюс») об этом говорили,  построить суда по проекту ГК «Дамен» (Damen). Но ОСК требует, чтобы проектантом стал «Алмаз».

    Алексей Соков подчеркнул, что в рамках госпрограммы «Наука» предусмотрено строительство двух НИС до 2024 года. Эти сроки неизменны. Поэтому времени для заключения контракта осталось не более двух месяцев. «Если мы не начнем строительство судов в мае 2019 года, если не придем к контракту, то мы к 2024 году не успеем. Красная черта – июнь, - сказал Алексей Соков. - К моменту подписания контракта необходим эскизный проект и должна быть выбрана верфь. Рабочую документации необходимо сделать до конца 2019 года и с начала 2020 года нужно начинать строить».

    Глава ОСК Алексей Рахманов в беседе с журналистами на Международном арктическом форуме сообщил, что ОСК в настоящее время за свой счет приступила к проектированию НИС для института океанологии им. П.П. Ширшова в надежде в ближайшее время подписать контракт.

    «Мы находимся в диалоге с институтом. Мы наконец-то были услышаны с нашим предложением о применении двуэхтапного метода строительства сложных технологических судов, - пояснил Алексей Рахманов, отвечая на вопрос корреспондента ИАА «ПортНьюс». – Сначала нужен технический проект, определение поставщиков и только после этого договариваемся о цене строительства и сроках. Если не следовать этой двухэтапной конструкции, то мы снова будем вынуждены разочаровывать заказчика».

    Напомним, Damen, заявивший в прошлом году о начале процесса локализации производства в России, представил на выставке в рамках форума «Арктика – территория диалога» проект строительства НИС ледового класса, реализация которого уже идет на румынской верфи Damen для заказчика из Австралии.

    Институт океанологии (ИО) им. П.П. Ширшова - крупнейший российский исследовательский центр в области океанологии. Институт ведет широкомасштабные исследования в Мировом океане, включая Северную и Южную Атлантику, Арктические моря, Балтийское море и осуществляет научно-техническую деятельность в области физики, геологии, экологии океана и морской техники. ИО РАН является оператором всего научно- исследовательского флота России.
