    В Архангельске оглашен приговор по делу о причалах Соловецкого архипелага

    Октябрьским районным судом Архангельска 11 апреля 2019 года оглашен приговор в отношении акционера АО «Архангельский речной порт» Константина Кузнецова и бывшего директора МБУ «Соловецкий многофункциональный центр» Михаила Магида, признав их виновными в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных п. «б»  ч. 4 ст. 291 УК РФ (дача взятки в крупном размере) и п. «в» ч. 5 ст. 290 УК РФ (получение взятки в крупном размере) соответственно. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба прокуратуры Архангельской области.

    Как установлено судом, Кузнецов в период с 23 апреля 2015 года по 13 сентяббря 2017 года передал Магиду взятку в виде денег в крупном размере в общей сумме 600 тыс. руб. за совершение действий, направленных на устранение конкуренции и монополизацию деятельности АО «Архангельский речной порт» по обеспечению швартовки и стоянки грузовых судов на причалах Соловецкого архипелага путем закрытия не принадлежащих указанному акционерному обществу стационарных причалов «Хета» и «Тамарин», а также оказание содействия в создании условий по увеличению дохода АО «Архангельский речной порт» от деятельности временного плавучего причала.

    Приговором суда Магиду назначено наказание в виде 7 лет 6 месяцев лишения свободы с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии строгого режима со штрафом в размере 6 млн руб. и лишением права занимать должности на государственной службе и в органах местного самоуправления на срок 5 лет, Кузнецову – в виде 5 лет лишения свободы с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии строгого режима со штрафом в размере 9 млн руб.

    Уголовное дело возбуждено следственным управлением СК России по Архангельской области и Ненецкому автономному округу на основании материалов, представленных РУФСБ России по Архангельской области.

    Приговор не вступил в законную силу.
