    В навигацию-2019 в Якутию планируется завезти 3 млн тонн грузов

    В навигацию 2019 года в Республику Саха (Якутия) планируется  завезти 3 млн тонн грузов, в том числе для нужд жизнеобеспечения  и производственных нужд хозсубъектов  - 1 млн 245 тыс. тонн, сообщает пресс-служба Государственного комитета по обеспечению безопасности жизнедеятельности населения Республики Саха (Якутия)    

    По информации заместителя председателя Госкомобеспечения Дмитрия Местникова, в сравнении с прошлым годом  объем завоза грузов в целом сохраняется.

    Северным морским путем  к перевозке предварительно запланировано 70,5 тыс. тонн грузов. Объем перемещения внутри республики составляет 593,4 тыс. тонн, включая социально значимые продовольственные товары, сельскохозяйственную продукцию, стройматериалы, уголь, нефть и газоконденсат.

    Объемы перемещения депонационных запасов на арктических реках остались на уровне прошлого года и составляют 32,3 тыс. тонн.  Объемы завоза в Арктическую навигацию составляют 348,4 тыс. тонн.

    Местников отметил необходимость заказчикам ускорить  проведение договорной кампании, до 15 мая обеспечить накопление грузов в пунктах отгрузки. Владельцам ведомственных причалов  и нефтескладов  рекомендовано обеспечить полную готовность нефтебаз и причалов к отгрузке, выгрузке и размещению грузов. Всем - усилить и обеспечить  первоочередную переработку и отгрузку грузов в первый тур навигации в арктические районы республики. Особое внимание уделить навигации на реках Амга, Вилюй и Яна.

    Администрации Ленского бассейна - взять на особый контроль проведение дноуглубительных работ на баровых участках арктических рек до начала и в период арктической навигации.
     
    По информации заместителя руководителя по флоту  ФБУ «Администрация Ленского бассейна» Павла Лосева в предстоящую навигацию запланировано ввести в эксплуатацию 224 ед. флота, в том числе  14 земснарядов, 73 обстановочные бригады, 3 тральных бригады и 10 русловых изыскательских партий.

    По словам руководителя Департамента водного и железнодорожного транспорта министерства транспорта и дорожного хозяйства РС (Я) Семена Коркина в период навигации 2019 года планируется обеспечить завоз водным транспортом  1 млн 280 тыс. тонн грузов. Предприятиями водного транспорта  планируется ввести в эксплуатацию 682 ед. флота и 80 ед. перегрузочной техники. В настоящее время ведутся работы по подготовке флота к сдаче в техническую готовность. На завершающей стадии работы по выморозке  корпусов  судов  и движительно-рулевого комплекса. В среднем по республике выморозочные работы  выполнены на 87%.
     
    ПАО «ЛОРП» планирует ввести в эксплуатацию 293 ед. флота, ледокольно-выморозочные работы выполнены на 97%. В техническую готовность сдано 149 ед. флота.

    Анализ гидрометеорологических условий к концу зимы 2018 - 2019 годов показывает, что среднемесячные уровни воды наблюдаются в основном выше средних многолетних значений.
