    Танкер «Проспект Гагарина» ПАО «Совкомфлот» признан «Судном 2018 года»

    Танкер «Проспект Гагарина» стал обладателем международной отраслевой премии 2019 Marine Propulsion Awards в номинации «Судно года» (Ship of the Year). Как сообщает пресс-служба «Совкомфлота», торжественная церемония вручения наград прошла в Амстердаме в рамках конференции Sulphur Cap 2020.

    «Проспект Гагарина» – головное судно «зеленой» серии нефтеналивных танкеров типоразмера Aframax компании «Совкомфлот», которые используют газомоторное (СПГ) топливо в качестве основного.

    В сравнении с судовой энергетической установкой, работающей на стандартном тяжелом топливе, использование СПГ позволяет сократить выбросы оксидов серы и низкодисперсных частиц на 100%, оксидов азота — на 76%, углекислого газа — на 27%.

    От имени группы «Совкомфлот» приз получил первый заместитель генерального директора – главный инженер ПАО «Совкомфлот» Игорь Тонковидов.

    «Успешное внедрение СПГ в качестве основного топлива для нефтяных танкеров позволило «Совкомфлоту» укрепить свои позиции в качестве технологического лидера танкерной отрасли. Мы уверены, что газомоторное топливо является оптимальным решением для крупнотоннажных морских перевозок в регионах с регулятивными ограничениями по выбросам и высокой интенсивностью судоходства – в частности, в акваториях Балтийского, Северного и Средиземного морей, а также Севморпути. Мы признательны концерну Shell и другим партнерам за их поддержку в реализации этого проекта и весомый вклад в повышение экологической безопасности морского транспорта», – отметил Тонковидов.

    На сегодняшний день в состав флота группы СКФ входят шесть нефтеналивных танкеров типа «Проспект Гагарина» (дедвейт 114 тыс. тонн), в стадии строительства находятся еще два аналогичных судна. Планируется также построить три танкера-продуктовоза (дедвейт 51 тыс. тонн), которые будут использовать СПГ-топливо в качестве основного.
