    Survitec получила заказ на системы пожаротушения NFF X-Flow для кораблей береговой обороны Канады

    Компания Survitec получила контракт от SNC-Lavalin на поставку для кораблей морской береговой обороны Канады установок пожаротушения внутренних помещений тонкораспыленной водой Novenco (NFF X-Flow) по заказу Минобороны Канады. Как сообщает пресс-служба Survitec, этими системами будут оснащены 12 морских судов MCDV класса Kingston.

    Генеральным подрядчиком выступает компания SNC-Lavalin, отвечающая за техническое обслуживание кораблей. Контракт на выполнение работы был заключен генподрядчиком с канадским партнером Survitec по пожаротушению Don Brenton.

    Первые два судна MCDV — Goose Bay и Brandon - уже получили системы NFF X-Flow, предназначенные для защиты машинных отделений категории А. Установка оборудования будет закончена в этом году.

    Оснащение других десяти кораблей будет производится после поставки систем пожаротушения, которые сейчас собираются на польском предприятии Survitec Fire Solutions.

    Корабли береговой обороны Канады класса Kingston были введены в эксплуатацию в 1990-х годах.

    Отмечается, что сейчас на рынке есть тенденция замены систем распыления под высоким давлением. По словам директора по стратегическому партнерству Survitec Стивена Макафи, «наблюдается больший спрос на системы низкого давления, поскольку они менее сложны и дешевле в установке и обслуживании. Работая при давлении около 14 бар (203 фунт / кв. дюйм), система NFF X-Flow не нуждается в насосах высокого давления, трубопроводов или вспомогательных систем обеспечения, что значительно снижает затраты на установку и энергопотребление.

    Сама установка занимает меньше пространства по сравнению с системами (пожаротушения) высокого давления, что позволяет упростить процесс модернизации и установку новой системы».

    Система распыления воды NFF X-Flow, сертифицирована в соответствии с главой II-2 SOLAS и IMO MSC1165 и пополнила перечень продукции Survitec два года назад после приобретения компании Wilhelmsen Maritime Service.

    Системы противопожарного оборудования Survitec вместе с другими решениями по безопасности и выживанию будут представлены на выставке и конференции Nor-Shipping, которая пройдет с 4 по 7 июня 2019 года в Осло (Норвегия).
