    Спущен на воду шестой сухогруз проекта RSD32M «Навис-6»

    Шестое многоцелевое сухогрузное судно дедвейтом 6220 тонн проекта RSD32M «Навис-6» (строительный номер 3206) спущено на воду 30 июля 2019 года. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Морского Инженерного Бюро, являющегося проектантом серии.
     
    Заказчик - ПАО «Государственная лизинговая транспортная компания» (ГТЛК), лизингополучатель - компания «Навис-1». Всего заказано восемь многоцелевых сухогрузных судов проекта RSD32M.
     
    Проект RSD32M разработан Морским Инженерным Бюро.
     
    Суда проекта RSD32M в соответствии с принятой в Бюро классификацией относятся к классу «Азовский пятитысячник», то есть в качестве основной целевой задачи могут перевозить «классические» партии зерна в 5000 тонн из портов Азовского и Каспийского морей при характерной в этих районах осадке 4,20 м.
     
    По своей философии, суда проекта RSD32M призваны заменить устаревшие морально и физически «Сормовские» и «Волго-Балты», которые активно работают именно в этом сегменте перевозок.
     
    Суда проекта RSD32M могут использоваться для транспортировки генеральных и навалочных грузов (в том числе зерна), пакетированных пиломатериалов, круглого леса, металлолома, металла в связках и рулонах, крупногабаритных, длинномерных и тяжеловесных грузов, угля, опасных грузов классов 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9 в соответствии с МК МПОГ и грузов категории «В» из МК МПНГ на внутренних водных путях европейской части Российской Федерации, в Азовском море, а также в Каспийском, Черном, Средиземном, Балтийском, Белом, Северном морях, включая рейсы вокруг Европы и в Ирландское море зимой.
     
    Имея меньшую по сравнению с судами «Волго-Дон макс» класса расчетную длину, суда проекта RSD32M дешевле в постройке и более экономичны в эксплуатации.
     
    Проект разработан на класс КМ Ice1 R2 AUT1-ICS CONT (deck, cargo holds Nos.1,2,3) DG (bulk, pack) Российского Морского Регистра Судоходства и удовлетворяет всем требованиям Международных Конвенций, действующим на момент закладки судна.
     
    При характеристической для ВДСК осадке 3,60 м в реке дедвейт составляет около 3833 тонн, при характеристической для Азовских и Каспийских портов осадке 4,20 м в море - около 5157 тонн, наибольший дедвейт в море при осадке 4,745 м - около 6221 тонн.
     
    Длина наибольшая составляет 123,17 м, ширина габаритная - 16,75 м, высота борта - 5,50 м.
     
    Вместимость грузовых трюмов 8804 куб. м, количество трюмов - 3.
     
    Все три трюма выполнены ящичной формы, гладкостенные, удобные для проведения грузовых работ и размещения груза без штивки.
     
    Пропульсивная установка состоит из двух полноповоротных винто-рулевых колонок, объединяющих свойства движителей и средств управления в едином комплексе, что позволяет существенно улучшить маневренные качества судна.
     
    В качестве главных двигателей используются два среднеоборотных дизеля мощностью 1180 кВт каждый. Запасы топлива размещаются в диптанках в районе носовой переборки МО.
     
    Скорость эксплуатационная составляет 10,0 узлов.
     
    Автономность плавания в море составляет 20 суток.
     
    Экипаж - 11 человек, мест - 14. Предусмотрена каюта для лоцмана.
     
    Расчетный срок службы корпуса судна 24 года. Второе дно рассчитано на интенсивность распределенной нагрузки 10,0 т/кв. м, а также на работу грейфером.
