    Цены на бункерное топливо 25 октября могут показать движение вверх в пределах плюс $2-7 - аналитики MABUX

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса MABUX (индекс, рассчитываемый по текущим ценам на основные виды бункерного топлива в пуле ведущих портов мира), продемонстрировали умеренный рост по итогам 24 октября 2019 года, говорится в аналитическом обзоре, предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» компанией Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX).

    Мировые нефтяные индексы, в свою очередь, показали умеренный рост 24 октября на оптимизме рынка по поводу возможного прогресса в торговом конфликте Китай-США.

    Декабрьский фьючерс нефти Brent на ICE в Лондоне вырос на $0,50 до $61,67 за баррель. Декабрьский фьючерс на легкую малосернистую нефть на NYMEX в Нью-Йорке подорожал на $0,26 и показал $56,23 за баррель. Спред между котировками составил $5,44 против $5,20 сессией ранее. Ноябрьский фьючерс на газойль прибавил $8,25.

    Сегодня утром торги на ведущих биржах мира начались в умеренной отрицательной зоне.
     
    Цены на нефть и топливо остаются достаточно чувствительными к торговым переговорам между США и Китая и проблемам роста глобальной экономики. Встреча лидеров двух стран на саммите АТЭС в ноябре, вероятно, станет критическим моментом для мирового топливного рынка, поскольку станут понятны перспективы торговой сделки.

    При этом предполагается, что главным драйвером роста потребления энергоресурсов станут страны Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона. Повышение уровня жизни и увеличение численности среднего класса будут способствовать массовому распространению легкового автомобильного транспорта, что приведёт к росту спроса на нефть и топливо в Азии на 20%, или на 300 млн тонн к 2040 году. Более половины этого роста (159 млн тонн) придётся на Индию. Значительно увеличится потребление и в других странах АТР - Китае, Индонезии и Вьетнаме.

    ЕЦБ на заседании 24 октября сохранил базовую процентную ставку на рекордно низком уровне 0%. На данной отметке ставка находится с марта 2016 года. Регулятор также подтвердил, что с 1 ноября возобновляет программу выкупа активов в размере 20 миллиардов евро в месяц. ЕЦБ прогнозирует сохранение ставок на текущем или более низком уровне, пока прогноз по инфляции не приблизится к целевой отметке в 2%. По итогам прошлого заседания регулятор прогнозировал сохранение ставок на этих уровнях по крайней мере до конца первого полугодия 2020 года.

    Композитный индекс деловой активности в промышленности и сфере услуг (PMI) 19 стран еврозоны, по предварительной оценке, в октябре вырос до 50,2 пункта с 50,1 пункта в сентябре. Прогнозы предполагали что показатель будет на отметке 50,3 пункта. В любом случае рост индекса поддержал топливные котировки. Кроме того, число первичных заявок на пособие по безработице в США за неделю, завершившуюся 19 октября, уменьшилось на 6 тыс. с пересмотренного показателя предыдущей недели и составило 212 тыс. Прогнозы ожидали показатель на уровне 216 тыс.

    «Роснефть» перешла на расчеты в евро по всем экспортным контрактам. Основными причинами этого перехода могли быть как опасения американских санкций, так и снижение транзакционных рисков для европейских потребителей, которые покупают около половины российской нефти. Предполагается, что если такая практика себя хорошо зарекомендует в долгосрочной перспективе, то в будущем на расчеты в евро, а также в юанях и других национальных валютах могут перейти и другие нефтеэкспортеры.

    «Мы полагаем, что сегодня цены на бункерное топливо могут показать движение вверх в пределах плюс $2-7», - отмечается в обзоре.
