    Владелец судна, повредившего причал в порту Новороссийск, выплатит около 8,1 млн евро ущерба

    Hamilton Shipping LLC - владелец судна, повредившего причал в Новороссийском морскому порту, выплатит около 8,1 млн евро компенсации порту и компании «Транснефть-сервис» на основании мирового соглашения сторон, передает ТАСС со ссылкой на материалы арбитражного суда Краснодарского края.

    Следственные органы ранее возбудили уголовное дело о нарушении правил безопасности движения по факту порчи причала перевалочного нефтяного комплекса «Шесхарис» в Новороссийске при навале на него танкера. Танкер под флагом Маршалловых островов 22 июня 2019 года при развороте во время швартовки повредило причал и участвовавшее в буксировке судно «Арктур». Ущерб причалу оценен в 370 млн руб., буксиру - в примерно 2 млн руб.

    «Утвердить мировое соглашение», - говорится в материалах суда и уточняется, что компания Hamilton Shipping LLC выплатит более 7,9 млн евро Новороссийскому морскому порту в качестве компенсации расходов на ремонт причала и более 172 тыс. евро - компании «Транснефть-сервис» в качестве оплаты ущерба за порчу буксира.

    По данным из материалов суда, оплата ущерба будет произведена в течение трех рабочих дней после изготовления в полном объеме судебного акта. Изначально «Транснефть-сервис» и Новороссийский морской торговый порт в иске к судовладельцу заявляли о взыскании 653 млн руб. (более 9 млн евро на момент подачи иска) убытков. Компания Hamilton Shipping LLC зарегистрирована на Маршалловых островах.
