    Стоимость перевалки грузов, переориентированных из портов Балтии на терминал LUGAPORT, составит около 17,5 млрд руб. ежегодно. Об этом заявил, представляя проект LUGAPORT на «Транспортной неделе - 2019», президент Группы компаний «Новотранс» Константин Гончаров, сообщает пресс-служба «Новотранса».

    Общий объем инвестиций в проект - 46,5 млрд руб., из которых 38 млрд – собственные инвестиции Группы компаний. Общий объем перевалки на терминале составит 24,3 млн тонн в год.

    По оценкам экспертов, в комплекс LUGAPORT можно привлечь с учетом перевода части грузопотока из прибалтийских портов: до 22 млн тонн угля и кокса, до 8 млн тонн зерновых грузов, включая жмыхи и жом, до 7 млн тонн железнорудного сырья, до 2 млн тонн лесных грузов в обработанном виде, в пиломатериалах, до 2 млн тонн черных металлов.

    На данный момент в проект уже инвестировано более 5 млрд руб.. Предварительная грузовая база терминала уже сформирована, ведутся переговоры с крупнейшими российскими концернами.

    На текущей неделе, как отметили в «Новотрансе», на 100% были завершены работы по погружению всех 845 свай-оболочек вертикального берегоукрепления искусственных земельных участков терминала. В настоящее время на 30% выполнено устройство шпунтового ограждения, на 70% закончено откосное берегоукрепление северной части образованной территории, ведутся активные работы по созданию дамб обвалования для последующего заполнения песком карт образования территорий.  На морской составляющей задействовано 16 единиц флота (морские платформы, плавучий кран, буксиры, баржи), все работы выполняются в соответствии с намеченным графиком. Общая площадь застройки – 73 га. Первую очередь комплекса планируется ввести к началу 2023 года, вторую - к началу 2024 года и третью очередь - к концу 2024 года.

    Универсальный терминал LUGAPORT предназначен для перевалки генеральных, навалочных, зерновых грузов и пищевых продуктов.  Он будет обеспечивать возможность приема до 1100 вагонов в сутки со станции примыкания Лужская Генеральная, а также прием и обработку судов класса Panamax, New-Panamax, Baby-Capesize с осадкой до 15,5 м. Проект LUGAPORT включен в стратегические документы развития транспортной инфраструктуры РФ: транспортную стратегию РФ на период до 2030 года комплексный план модернизации и расширения магистральной инфраструктуры на период до 2024 года, долгосрочную программу развития РЖД, долгосрочную программу развития Росморпорт и т.д. Распоряжением правительства РФ №1184р от 3 июня 2019 года за терминалом LUGAPORT официально закреплены его территориальные границы в морском порту Усть-Луга.
