    В навигацию-2019 по ВВП Московского бассейна перевезено около 1,4 млн человек и 26 млн тонн грузов

    По внутренним водным путям (ВВП) Московского бассейна с апреля по ноябрь 2019 года перевезено около 1,4 млн человек и 26 млн тонн грузов. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ФГБУ «Канал имени Москвы».

    Спрос на речные путешествия продолжил положительный тренд развития водных магистралей страны: пассажиропоток увеличился на 3,8% - до более 1,38 млн человек. Все пассажирские суда совершили около 19 тыс. рейсов. На «Канале имени Москвы» работало 89 круизных лайнеров, а совокупный объем турпотока превысил 280 тыс. человек.

    Отрицательные значения впервые с 2016 года продемонстрировали грузоперевозчики. В этом сезоне значительно сократился объем транспортировавшихся по рекам Центральной России грузов – на 8,9% до 26 млн тонн. Такая негативная динамика была обусловлена погодными и техногенными факторами.

    Отмечается, что в текущем году оказалась актуальной проблема маловодья на реке Оке. В связи с малоснежной зимой и отсутствием обильных дождей летом фактические уровни воды здесь были ниже проектных отметок (фиксируют возможные отклонения от нормы). Поэтому фактические глубины на Оке также опустились ниже гарантированных показателей (на них ориентируются судоводители для безопасного прохождения конкретного участка ВВП на судне с определенной осадкой).

    Отрицательно сказался на грузопотоке и ремонт «Канала имени Москвы» между шлюзами №7 и №8 после январского техногенного ЧП. Из-за аварийно-восстановительных работ судоходство по Тушинскому участку началось не 24 апреля, а 16 августа. За три месяца навигации здесь прошло 1476 судов, в том числе 1003 грузовых, 119 пассажирских, а также 354 ед. технического и маломерного флота. Они выполнили в общей сложности 823 рейса.

    В 2019 году судоходство в Московском бассейне продлили на неделю. Чтобы доставить в столицу стратегический груз – проходческий щит для строительства столичного метрополитена, судоходные гидротехнические сооружения ФГБУ «Канал имени Москвы» работали до 20 ноября включительно. Щит весом около 1 тыс. тонн проследовал из Санкт-Петербурга в Москву и прибыл в Южный порт 19 ноября.

    По завершении судоходства на гидротехнических сооружениях и флоте ФГБУ «Канал имени Москвы» стартует межнавигационный ремонт. Особое внимание будет уделено Тушинскому участку, где планируется провести инженерные изыскания и по их результатам разработать проект реконструкции «Канала».

    ФГБУ «Канал имени Москвы» является крупнейшим воднотранспортным и водохозяйственным комплексом, выполняет функции органа государственного управления на внутренних водных путях в 12 субъектах Российской Федерации. Объекты предприятия включают 235 гидротехнических сооружений и 3842 км водных путей.
