    Wartsila поставит в Китай двухтопливные двигатели и оборудование для четырех каботажных судов на СПГ топливе

    Четыре новых сухогрузных судна, строящихся на судостроительном заводе WeHu в Китае, будут оснащены пропульсивными комплексами, а также системами хранения и подачи СПГ, которые будут поставлены технологической группой Wartsila. Как говорится в сообщении финской группы, эти каботажные суда были заказаны нидерландской судоходной компанией Wijnne & Barends Chartering (входит группу Spliethoff). Заказ на оборудование был получен в декабре 2019 года.

    Данные суда - одни из первых в своем классе, которые будут работать на сжиженном природном газе. Из-за ограничений по площади на сухогрузных судах каботажного плавания компания Wartsila разработала индивидуальное решение в сотрудничестве с разработчиками проекта судна и судовладельцем, которое позволяет устанавливать систему хранения и подачи топлива Wartsila LNGPac под палубой без ограничения пространства грузового отсека. Кроме того, эффективность движителей будет оптимизирована благодаря возможностям Opti Design, которые позволят интегрировать гребной винт и насадку с особенностями корпуса. Эти технологии дополнены блоком сбора данных Wartsila (WDCU) с обслуживанием и удаленным управлением через облачное хранилище iCloud, что позволит оптимизировать эксплуатацию, расход топлива, и оказывать более эффективно плановое техническое обслуживание.

    Каждое из четырех судов будет оснащено двухтопливным главным двигателем серии Wartsila 34DF, зубчатой передачей, гребным винтом с регулируемым шагом с HP-насадкой и системой хранения и подачи топлива Wartsila LNGPac. Все комплекты оборудования будут доставлены на китайскую верфь в течение IV кв. 2020 года. Первое судно планируется передать заказчику осенью 2021 года.

    Суда с вертикальной обработкой грузов (LoLo) дедвейтом по 5,8 тыс. тонн будут эксплуатироваться в Балтийском и Северном морях. Они будут построены на финско-шведский ледовый класс 1A. До этого контракта Wijnne & Barends уже заказала шесть судов, которые сейчас строятся на китайской верфи и они также будут оборудованы главными двигателями и ВРШ от Wartsila.
