    Цены на бункерное топливо 25 февраля могут показать снижение в пределах минус $8-12 для IFO и минус $18-22 для MGO - аналитики MABUX

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса MABUX (индекс, рассчитываемый по текущим ценам на основные виды бункерного топлива в пуле ведущих портов мира), перешли в направленный нисходящий тренд по итогам 24 февраля 2020 года, говорится в аналитическом обзоре, предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» компанией Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX).

    Мировые нефтяные индексы, в свою очередь, также показали резкое снижение 24 февраля на опасениях рынка по поводу продолжающегося распространения коронавируса и возможного перерастания в пандемию.

    Апрельский фьючерс нефти Brent на ICE в Лондоне снизился на $2,20 до $56,30 за баррель. Апрельский фьючерс на легкую малосернистую нефть на NYMEX в Нью-Йорке подешевел на $1,95 до $51,43 за баррель. Спред между котировками составил $4,87 против $5,83 сессией ранее. Мартовский фьючерс на газойль потерял $23,00.

    По мнению китайских властей, влияние эпидемии коронавируса на экономику КНР будет краткосрочным и не скажется на общем экономическом состоянии в долгосрочной перспективе. При этом признается, что эпидемия нанесла достаточно сильный удар по экономике, в особенности во время новогодних выходных это сказалось на потребительском рынке и связанных с ним сфер услуг. Позднее эпидемия привела к переносу возобновления производства на предприятиях, больше всего это сказалось на малых и средних предприятиях. Ранее МВФ заявил, что, снижение валового внутреннего продукта Китая в 2020 году из-за коронавируса будет небольшим, а эффект для остальных стран – незначительным, если эпидемия быстро прекратится.

    Вместе с тем, Южная Корея подняла уровень эпидемиологической угрозы с третьего «оранжевого» до четвертого «красного» уровня. При этом, правительство пока не планирует вводить дополнительные запреты на въезд в страну для иностранных граждан, помимо уже имеющегося ограничения для тех, кто посетил китайскую провинцию Хубэй. Власти проверят 28 тыс. пациентов в городе Тэгу с симптомами простуды на предмет возможного заражения вирусом.

    Иранское правительство также подтвердило 43 случая заболевания коронавирусом в стране и восемь смертей, начиная с прошлого вторника, что является самым высоким показателем смертности за пределами Китая. Количество подтвержденных случаев заболевания в Италии также возросло за выходные до 152 человек, что стало крупнейшей вспышкой этой болезни в Европе. В целом, эти новости оказали понижающее давление на мировые топливные котировки.

    Китай, Россия, Франция, Германия и Британия встретятся в Вене с иранской стороной, чтобы обсудить ядерную сделку. Планируется, что заседание пройдет в среду, 26 февраля. 14 января три страны (ФРГ, Франция и Британия) обвинили Иран в нарушении условий соглашения о контроле над вооружениями 2015 года, направленного на ограничение ядерной программы Тегерана.

    Добыча нефти в Ливии продолжает сокращаться и находится на самом низком уровне с 18 января 2020 года - 122,424 тыс. баррелей в сутки (б/с). Как сообщает Ливийская национальная нефтяная корпорация (NOC) накопленные валютные потери от блокировки нефтяных объектов страны превысили $1,8 млрд. Ливийская национальная армия во главе с фельдмаршалом Халифой Хафтаром начала блокировать объекты нефтяной промышленности с 18 января накануне международных переговоров в Берлине по нормализации ситуации в Ливии. К этим объектам относятся морские экспортные терминалы, месторождения и нефтепроводы на востоке и юго-востоке страны. До блокады в стране добывалось по различным данным 1,1 - 1,2 млн б/с. События в Ливии сохраняют потенциал драйвера роста для топливных котировок.

    «Мы полагаем, что сегодня цены на бункерное топливо могут показать снижение в пределах минус $8-12 для IFO и минус $18-22 для MGO. К концу сессии ожидается умеренная коррекция вверх», - отмечается в обзоре.
