    РЖД и Кузбасс договорились об объемах перевозки угля на 2020 год в южном и северо-западном направлениях

    Генеральный директор – председатель правления ОАО «Российские железные дороги» Олег Белозёров и губернатор Кузбасса Сергей Цивилев подписали дополнительные соглашения к cоглашению о взаимодействии по обеспечению перевозки железнодорожным транспортом продукции, производимой на территории Кемеровской области, на период с 2019 по 2035 годы, заключенному 6 июня 2019 года на Петербургском международном экономическом форуме. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ОАО «РЖД».

    Согласно документу, ОАО «РЖД» согласилось принять на себя обязательства по вывозу каменного угля в южном и северо-западном направлениях на основе индикативных показателей, предложенных администрацией Кемеровской области.

    В 2020 году грузоотправители Кузбасса планируют предъявить к перевозке, а ОАО «РЖД» – обеспечит транспортировку в южном направлении более 21,1 млн тонн каменного угля, в том числе не менее 9,41 млн тонн – на экспорт в направлении российских портов Азово-Черноморского бассейна и 11,73 млн тонн – во внутрироссийском сообщении.

    Кроме того, 64 млн тонн кузбасского угля планируется отправить в северо-западном направлении, в том числе 50,35 млн тонн – в адрес российских портов Северо-Запада, 13,6 млн тонн – во внутрироссийском сообщении.

    Отмечается, что такие параметры соответствуют уровню 2019 года.

    ОАО «РЖД» также приняты необходимые решения о предоставлении максимально возможных скидок на перевозки угля по этим направлениям. Грузоотправители Кузбасса могут воспользоваться дисконтом в размере 12,8% при перевозках твердого топлива в российские порты Юга и Северо-Запада.

    Как сообщалось ранее, 18 марта в Кемеровской области сторонами было подписано дополнительное соглашение, закрепляющее объемы перевозок кузбасского угля в восточном направлении в 2020 году: не менее 53 млн тонн каменного угля – на экспорт и до 3,55 млн тонн – во внутрироссийском сообщении.
