    Демонтаж затонувшего в Волге дебаркадера завершат за два месяца

    Основной объем работ проведен в ноябре прошлого года

    Демонтаж затонувшего в акватории Волги (в Ярославской области) дебаркадера должен завершиться в течение двух месяцев, сейчас началась подготовка к завершающему этапу демонтажа. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба правительства Ярославской области.

    Соответствующее решение было принято на областной КЧС для обеспечения полной безопасности судоходства и минимизации вреда, который может быть нанесен реке.

    Ситуация находится на постоянном контроле правительства региона.

    Напомним, основной объем работ проведен в ноябре прошлого года. Тогда была полностью демонтирована надводная часть дебаркадера и большинство конструкций второго этажа. Затем деятельность приостановили до  весны.
     
    Как отметил директор департамента охраны окружающей среды и природопользования Дмитрий Пеньков, в настоящее время погодные условия позволяют начать демонтаж подводной части объекта.

    «Работы проводятся силами Ярославского речного порта с соблюдениями всех требований безопасности. Уже согласованы технические условия процесса, дооснащается  плавплощадка. На место доставлены необходимое оборудование и инвентарь. Работы по демонтажу объекта начнутся на следующей неделе и завершатся в течение двух месяцев», - уточнил он.
     
    На первом этапе водолазы оценят состояние нижней части объекта, после чего продолжится подрезка металлоконструкций с применением пневматических отрезных машин. Далее будут пробиты технологические отверстия в бетонном основании для крепления тросов. Параллельно на берегу установят 150-тонную лебедку для буксировки спиленных частей.

    Как сообщалось ранее, дебаркадер в Ярославле изначально был пришвартован в районе речного вокзала и должен был стать плавучим рестораном, однако вызвал недовольство у части местных жителей. Ресторан в нем так и не открылся. Позднее он был отбуксирован в район речного порта, где простоял несколько месяцев. 25-26 августа дебаркадер буксировался на противоположный берег Волги на «зимовку». Его частичное затопление произошло во время буксировки с правого на левый берег реки.

    Ярославским следственным отделом на транспорте Северо-Западного следственного управления на транспорте СКР по факту затопления плавучего объекта «Д-241» 25 августа 2019 года в акватории реки Волга в районе поселка Парково Ярославского района Ярославской области, повлекшее причинение крупного ущерба, возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч.1 ст.263 УК РФ (Нарушение правил безопасности движения и эксплуатации внутреннего водного транспорта, повлекшее причинение крупного ущерба).
