    Минпромторг РФ ожидает сдачи ледокола «Виктор Черномырдин» в 2020 году - Денис Мантуров


    Стоимость контракта на строительство ледокола может быть увеличена

    Минпромторг РФ в 2020 году ожидает сдачи ледокола «Виктор Черномырдин», сообщил глава ведомства Денис Мантуров в эфире программы «Действующие лица с Наилей Аскер-заде» на телеканале «Россия 1», передает РИА Новости.

    ОСК перенесла с конца 2019 года на первый квартал 2020 года планируемый срок передачи «Росморпорту» ледокола «Виктор Черномырдин» на фоне урегулирования всех финансовых и юридических вопросов с заказчиком, а также необходимости получения документов из профильных ведомств, сообщала пресс-служба ОСК в конце 2019 года. Глава ОСК Алексей Рахманов ранее говорил, что из-за существенных изменений в проекте произошло удорожание ледокола.

    «Я рассчитываю на то, что коллеги из Минтранса нас поддержат, и мы найдем решение для того, чтобы закрыть полностью все контрактные условия, ну и в этом году сдать ледокол основному заказчику – «Росморпорту», - сказал Мантуров.

    «Сегодня контракт – 8 (миллиардов рублей - ред.). С учетом того, что реально потрачено денег больше 10 миллиардов, мы исходим из того, что контрактная цена должна быть увеличена, исходя из фактических затрат», - добавил он.

    В ноябре 2018 года на строящемся на тот момент «Викторе Черномырдине» произошел пожар на площади 300 кв. м, в результате которого один человек получил ожоги. ОСК оценивала ущерб в 150 млн руб.

    Что касается самого инцидента, по словам Мантурова, следствие завершается. «Что касается виновных, это уже ... из следственных органов должны коллеги принимать решение, что касается ущерба, который был понесен, то он полностью был компенсирован за счет своевременно застрахованного судна», - сказал министр.

    Глава компании-заказчика ФГУП «Росморпорт» Андрей Лаврищев сообщал в июле 2019 года, что работа по удорожанию контракта не ведется, твердая цена - 7,94 млрд руб. Ледокол «Виктор Черномырдин» за время строительства подорожал в 1,5 раза, до 12 млрд руб., сообщала в июле 2019 года газета «Ведомости» со ссылкой на источники.

    «Виктор Черномырдин» - один из самых мощных дизель-электрических ледоколов в мире. Судно водоизмещением 22,3 тыс. тонн способно развивать скорость около 17 узлов на чистой воде и проходить льды толщиной до трех метров в сплошном поле со снежным покровом 20 см со скоростью 2 узла на переднем и заднем ходу. Ледокол отличает высокая маневренность, он оснащен системой пневмообмыва корпуса против образования снежно-ледовой корки. Экипаж – 38 человек. Автономность – 61 сутки.

    Ледокол предназначен для ледокольной проводки и буксировки судов. Способен перевозить и снабжать научные экспедиции в Арктике и Антарктике: на судне размещаются до 90 человек помимо основного экипажа, есть специальные помещения и лаборатории для размещения научного оборудования. Ледокол может выполнять функции пожарного судна.
