    Стартовала навигация в промышленном порту Череповецкого меткомбината

    Специалисты ЧерМК намерены в 2020 году увеличить грузооборот промпорта

    В промышленном порту Череповецкого металлургического комбината (ЧерМК, входит в дивизион «Северсталь Российская сталь») стартовала навигация 2020 года. Как сообщила пресс-служба «Северстали», первые суда с металлопродукцией отправятся в Санкт-Петербург, Волжский, Самару и Нижний Новгород.

    Особенностью навигации текущего года является более ранний старт сезона, поскольку судоходные гидротехнические сооружения на участках внутренних водных путей открылись раньше.

    По словам генерального директора дивизиона «Северсталь Российская сталь» Евгения Виноградова, общий грузооборот порта Череповецкого металлургического комбината в период навигации 2019 года составил 6,8 млн тонн, а отправка - более 1,8 млн тонн. В текущем году специалисты намерены увеличить эти показатели. Для этого были заблаговременно зафрахтованы теплоходы, один и тот же флот будет использоваться под доставку сырья и отправку грузов. Дополнительные объемы высоко маржинальной продукции планируется отгружать через промпорт как российским клиентам, так и на экспорт.

    В рамках подготовки порта к навигации 2020 года проведена ревизия портальных кранов, погрузчиков, задействованных на погрузке судов, подготовлены площадки логистического склада. Для успешного старта навигационного сезона на них уже размещено 80 тыс. тонн металлопродукции, готовой к отправке. 

    «Перевозки продукции и сырья водой существенно эффективней традиционных видов доставки, таких как железнодорожным или автомобильным транспортом, поэтому компания намерена максимально использовать этот ресурс в период навигации», - отметил Евгений Виноградов.

    Кроме того, старт навигации 2020 года проходит в период санитарно-эпидемиологических ограничений, связанных с распространяем вируса. С целью минимизации рисков разработан регламент по взаимодействию с командами пришедших на погрузку теплоходов. Документ регулирует такие вопросы, как выход команд на территорию промышленного порта, необходимые коммуникации, перечень обязательных к применению средств индивидуальной защиты.
