    «ДелоПортс» объявила финансовые результаты за 2019 год в соответствии с МСФО


    ООО «ДелоПортс», один из крупнейших стивидорных холдингов Юга России, объединяющий активы Группы компаний «Дело» в зерновом и контейнерном сегментах в порту Новороссийск, опубликовало консолидированные финансовые результаты за 2019 год в соответствии с международными стандартами финансовой отчетности (МСФО).

    Ключевые финансовые показатели:
    •    Консолидированная выручка 9 835 млн руб. (-17,5%), в том числе в расшифровке по основным сегментам: контейнерный сегмент 4 912 млн. руб. (+21,0%), зерновой сегмент 3 363 млн. руб. (-44,1%)
    •    Консолидированная EBITDA 6 755 млн руб. (-23,1%)
    •    Рентабельность EBITDA 68,7% против 73,7% в 2018 г.
    •    Операционный денежный поток 5 610 млн руб. (-14,3%)
    •    Капитальные затраты 4 139 млн руб. (-9,3%)
    •    Чистый долг 22 126 млн руб. (+14,4%)
    •    Чистый долг/EBITDA 3,3x против 2,2x на 31 декабря 2018 г.

    Ключевые операционные показатели:
    •    Общий объем перевалки грузов 8,3 млн тонн (-4,6%)
    •    Объем перевалки зерна 3,6 млн тонн (-25,0%)
    •    Контейнерооборот 375 тыс. TEUs (+12,6%)

    Основные корпоративные события:
    •    Ввод в эксплуатацию причала 38 «НУТЭП», что привело к росту контейнерного грузооборота на 13% в двадцатифутовом эквиваленте и рекордному уровню годовой перевалки.
    •    Ввод в эксплуатацию 5-го буксира СК «Дело» дополнительно к четырем уже имеющимся.

    Генеральный директор ООО «ДелоПортс» Игорь Яковенко прокомментировал результаты отчетности:
    «Снижение финансовых показателей компании объясняется падением перевалки зерна, что вызвано общими снижением экспорта российского зерна в 2019 году. Высокие цены на внутреннем рынке и относительно низкие - на мировом привели к тому, что привлекательность экспорта зерновых для российских сельхозпроизводителей упала, что отразилось и результатах работы группы.

    При этом все стратегические задачи развития «ДелоПортс» в 2019 году полностью выполнила: выросла доля группы в перевалке сухих грузов в Новороссийске с 17 до 20 процентов, реализована инвестиционная программа по повышению пропускной способности терминалов НУТЭП и КСК, благодаря чему перевалка контейнеров выросла на 13%».
