    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса MABUX выросли по итогам 1 мая

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса MABUX (индекс, рассчитываемый по текущим ценам на основные виды бункерного топлива в пуле ведущих портов мира), выросли по итогам 1 мая:

    380 HSFO - USD/MT - 213.36 (+2.79)
    VLSFO - USD/MT – 239.00 (+8.00)
    MGO - USD/MT – 320.85 (+7.56)

    Мировые нефтяные индексы, в свою очередь, продемонстрировали разнонаправленные изменения 01 мая на фоне опасений за длительное восстановление спроса.

    Июльский фьючерс нефти Brent на ICE в Лондоне вырос на $1.17 до $26.44 за баррель. Июньский фьючерс на легкую малосернистую нефть на NYMEX в Нью-Йорке подорожал на $0.94 до $19.78 за баррель. Спред между котировками составил $6.66 против $6.43 сессией ранее. Майский фьючерс на газойль потерял $16.75.

    Сегодня нефтяные индексы снижаются на фоне рисков нового повышения пошлин США на китайские товары.

    Президент США Дональд Трамп заявил, что может рассмотреть вопрос о повышении пошлин на китайские товары в ответ на распространение коронавируса, в котором он обвиняет Китай. Это возобновило опасения, что торговая напряженность может ограничить восстановление экономики и ограничить рост цен на нефть.

    1 мая, вступило в силу новое соглашение о сокращении добычи нефти ОПЕК+, в течение первых двух месяцев оно составит сразу почти 10 миллионов баррелей в сутки, из которых основной объем придется на Россию и Саудовскую Аравию. ОПЕК+ договорилась 12 апреля о сокращении добычи нефти на 9,7 миллиона баррелей в сутки в мае-июне, 7,7 миллиона во втором полугодии и 5,8 миллиона далее до конца апреля 2022 года. Базой отсчета взят октябрь 2018 года, но для РФ и Саудовской Аравии взяты 11 миллионов баррелей в сутки, от которых по аналогии со всеми идет снижение на 23%, 18% и 14% соответственно.

    Тем не менее, на рынке остаются сомнения, что сокращения будет достаточно, поскольку спрос на сырье вряд ли восстановится быстро.

    Нефтегазовая компания Baker Hughes 1 мая сообщила, что за прошлую неделю, число действующих нефтяных буровых установок в США уменьшилось на 53, до 325 единиц. Показатель снижается уже семь недель подряд.

    Россия увеличила добычу нефти с газовым конденсатом в апреле до 11,35 миллиона баррелей в сутки, с мартовского показателя 11,29 миллиона баррелей в сутки. Среднесуточная добыча в прошлом месяце была максимальной с января 2019 года, когда показатель составлял 11,38 миллиона баррелей в сутки. Вместе с тем, Россия обещает полностью выполнить соглашения и прогнозирует объем своей добычи в 2020 году от 480 до 500 миллионов тонн, или 9,6-10,0 миллиона баррелей в сутки. Это будет означать, что добыча в РФ за год снизится впервые с 2008 года.

    Мы полагаем, что сегодня цены на бункерное топливо могут показать разнонаправленные изменения. Цены на тяжелые сорта могут вырасти на 6-8 долларов, дизельное топливо может подешеветь на $10-15.
