    Сызранский НПЗ приступил к производству высокоэкологичного судового топлива

    Содержание серы в топливе не превышает 0,5%, что полностью соответствует требованиям MARPOL

    Сызранский НПЗ (Самарская область), входящий в нефтеперерабатывающий комплекс НК «Роснефть», начал производство высокоэкологичного низкосернистого судового топлива RMLS 40, соответствующего введенным с начала 2020 года требованиям IMO, сообщило управление информационной политики ПАО «НК «Роснефть».

    Содержание серы в топливе не превышает 0,5%, что полностью соответствует требованиям Международной конвенции по предотвращению загрязнения с судов (MARPOL). Бункеровка судов таким топливом минимизирует негативное воздействие транспорта на окружающую среду.

    Высокие экологические стандарты деятельности-ключевой элемент стратегии «Роснефть 2022». С целью снижения воздействия на окружающую среду и выпуска современных, экологичных видов топлив компания инициировала и реализует ряд масштабных проектов в области модернизации собственных производственных мощностей.

    Отмечается, что выпуск экологичного вида судового топлива свидетельствует о высоких технологических возможностях перерабатывающих предприятий компании.

    В первом квартале 2020 года компания поставила в адрес отечественных и иностранных судовладельцев 112 тыс. тонн топлива RMLS 40 вид Э II. Спрос на экологичное судовое топливо RMLS 40 свидетельствует о высоком качестве продукта.

    В апреле компания «Роснефть Бункер» расширила географию реализации малосернистого остаточного топлива RMLS 40. Кроме Дальнего Востока компания начала поставки экологичного вида судового топлива в морские порты Черного моря, Арктического и Балтийского регионов.

    Residual Marine Low Sulfur (RMLS 40) – новый продукт в линейке «Роснефти» – низкосернистое остаточное судовое топливо. По содержанию серы RMLS 40 подразделяется на два вида: Э I с содержанием не более 0,1 % серы и Э II с содержанием не более 0,5 % серы. В настоящее время топливо производится на Комсомольском НПЗ, Ачинском НПЗ, Сызранском НПЗ и «Башнефть-Уфанефтехим».

    Компания готова предложить потребителям широкую линейку судовых топлив с пониженным содержанием серы, которые полностью соответствуют новым международным требованиям.

    Технология производства экологичных судовых топлив, соответствующих российским и перспективным зарубежным стандартам, разработана корпоративным научно-проектным комплексом НК «Роснефть».

    АО «Сызранский НПЗ», дочернее общество НК «Роснефть», выпускает широкий ассортимент высококачественных нефтепродуктов, в том числе автомобильные бензины и дизельное топливо высшего экологического класса, авиатопливо, битумы.

    В настоящее время на предприятии продолжается реализация масштабной программы модернизации с целью увеличения глубины переработки, максимально эффективного использования вторичных процессов для повышения выхода светлых нефтепродуктов.
