    Танкер-бункеровщик для Байкала «Георгий Москалев» принят в эксплуатацию

    Проект RT37 создан специально для озера Байкал и объединяет возможности предыдущих судов-бункеровщиков

    Принято в эксплуатацию многофункциональное экологическое судно, танкер-бункеровщик проекта RT37 «Георгий Москалев», которое примет участие в программах очистки и защиты озера Байкал. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Федерального агентства морского и речного транспорта (Росморречфлот).

    Комиссия подписала акт приема-передачи 28 мая 2020 года.

    Строительством судна по проекту Морского Инженерного Бюро занималось Восточно-Сибирское речное пароходство по заказу ФКУ «Речводпуть» Росморречфлота для ФБУ «Администрация Байкало-Ангарского бассейна внутренних водных путей» по контракту от 25 декабря 2017 года. Судно было заложено 5 апреля 2018 года, спущено на воду 17 июня 2019 года.

    Проект RT37 класса Российского Речного Регистра создан специально для озера Байкал и объединяет возможности предыдущих судов-бункеровщиков проекта RT-18 и судов-экологов проекта RT-29.

    Экологическое судно предназначено для утилизации мусора, переработки нефтесодержащих и сточных вод, способно принимать как жидкие, так и твердые отходы, а также канализационные стоки и нефтепродукты с других судов, очищать и сбрасывать уже чистую воду.

    В Росморречфлоте рассказали, что уникальность судна состоит в том, что его грузовая система обеспечивает закрытый прием груза береговыми средствами и выдачу груза судовыми погружными насосами, предусматривает грузовые операции по погрузке и выгрузке одновременно до 4-х сортов груза: двух сортов дизельного топлива и двух сортов смазочного масла.

    Экотанкер-бункеровщик будет не только собирать отходы, принимать с судов нефтесодержащие и твердые бытовые отходы, но и перерабатывать их, а также заправлять обслуживаемые суда топливом и маслом, что позволит предотвратить утечки ГСМ во время бункеровки действующего флота, повысить безопасность и экологическую культуру байкальского судоходства.

    Танкер имеет двойное дно и двойные борта в районе грузовых танков и перерабатывающих установок.

    На сегодняшний день на озере Байкал прием нефтесодержащих и сточных вод выполняет только одна станция комплексной переработки судовых отходов. При этом на данный момент на озере зарегистрировано более 7 тыс. ед. маломерного флота.

    Судну присвоено имя Героя Советского Союза Георгия Москалева, работавшего в довоенные годы в Байкало-Селенгинском техническом участке пути, российского и советского художника, народного художника Бурятской АССР, заслуженного художника РСФСР.

    Решение о строительстве для Байкала первого в истории уникального озера экологического судна–бункеровщика  было принято в 2017 году по итогам заседания межведомственной рабочей группы по вопросам развития пассажирских перевозок водным транспортом и туризма в акватории озера Байкал.
