    ЗАО «СММ» поставило портальный монтажный кран ЦС «Звездочка»

    Кран предназначен для монтажных операций при строительстве судов

    ЗАО «СММ» спроектировало и изготовило портальный монтажный кран «СММ-3000» на территорию АО «ЦС «Звездочка». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба компании.

    Кран предназначен для монтажных операций при строительстве судов: секционный монтаж, сборочные работы, а также монтаж оборудования и перемещение штучных грузов.
     
    Реализуемый в рамках государственной программы импортозамещения кран «СММ-3000» обладает наибольшими  техническими характеристиками в сравнении с другим грузоподъемным оборудованием на территории предприятия-заказчика.

    Так, максимальная грузоподъемность главного подъёма - 100 тонн; максимальная грузоподъемность вспомогательного подъёма – 12,5 тонн; максимальный вылет стрелы главного подъема– 63 м; максимальный вылет стрелы вспомогательного подъема – 69 м; высота главного и вспомогательного подъема – 50 м.
     
    Кран установлен на мелководной набережной предприятия.

    Отмечается, что увеличенная зона эксплуатации крана позволяет проводить работы как на ошвартованных у причала судах, в том числе в несколько бортов, так и плавсредств, находящихся на стапеле в док-камере. Кроме того, появилась возможность перемещения грузов с судов, находящихся в акватории предприятия непосредственно на стапель.
     
    В СММ рассказали, что при проектировании крана «СММ-3000» были взяты лучшие конструкторские наработки, использован уже имеющийся опыт поставок подобного перегрузочного оборудования, а также применены все действующие стандарты безопасности, эргономики, средств доступа и обслуживания.
       
    Благодаря своим техническим характеристикам монтажный кран «СММ-3000» позволит АО «ЦС «Звездочка» значительно снизить производственные трудозатраты и увеличить скорость выполнения заказов.
     
    Поставленный кран «СММ-3000» пополнил линейку выпущенных ранее портальных монтажных кранов российского производителя «СММ», в которую также входят краны «СММ-1400», «СММ-2500», «СММ-4500» и «СММ-6000». Эффективность их работы подтверждена крупнейшими судостроительными и судоремонтными предприятиями страны.
