    Maersk расширяет интермодальный сервис из Азии в Северную Европу

    Ежемесячный сервис AE19с использованием морского и железнодорожного транспорта заработает в обоих направлениях два раза в месяц

    Комбинированный сервис Maersk Азия - Северная Европа (AE19), на котором морскими судами и по железной дороге ежемесячно доставлялись грузы из Азии в Европу, увеличит количество отправлений до двух раз в месяц, а также будет перевозить грузы в обоих направлениях, сообщает пресс-служба компании.

    Отмечается, что расширение интермодального сервиса поможет клиентам Maersk, которые столкнулись со сложностями при доставке грузов из-за пандемии, в частности, отмененными рейсами морских судов, нехваткой контейнеров и подскочившими тарифами на авиаперевозки.

    Управлять азиатско-европейским сервисом Maersk будет совместно логистической компанией Pantos Logistics.

    Сроки на сервисе, включающем морскую доставку Пусан-Восточный и далее железнодорожную до Санкт-Петербурга, составляют 16 дней. Весь маршрут из Южной Кореи и Японии до Северной Европы занимает от 23 до 32 дней.

    Грузы на сервисе будут доставляться сначала судном от корейского порта Пусан до российского порта Восточный, а от него - до порта Санкт-Петербург по железной дороге.

    Пробный запуск на обновленном сервисе AE19 показал, что использование комбинированных перевозок морским и железнодорожным транспортом позволяет сократить общее время транспортировки из Южной Кореи/Японии в Северную Европу сократилось с 52-57 дней до 23-32.

    Интермодальность перевозок, как отметили в комапнии, позволит транспортировать опасные грузы по железной дороге, а не только морским транспортом. В частности, автомобильные аккумуляторы, которые являются одним из основных грузов, перевозимых Maersk из Азии.
