    Южная Корея выделила зоны контроля за выбросами серы

    Республика Корея с 1 сентября вводит зоны контроля SECA в шести портовых акваториях

    Республика Корея (Южная Корея) стала последней страной, которая выделит акватории портов и включит их в существующие зоны контроля за выбросами серы (SECA), где требуются использование бункерного топлива с уровнем серы 0,1%. Также южнокорейские власти подготовили  программу добровольного снижения скорости в шести портах. Зоны контроля выбросов серы вступят в силу 1 сентября 2020 года, говорится в пресс-релизе BIMCO.

    Зоны SECA устанавливаются для следующих шести портовых акваторий:

    Порт ПусанИнчон (включая порт Кёнги)

    Порт УльсанЙосу – Квангянг (включая порт Хадонг);

    Пхентхэк – Танджин.

    Все суда (включая суда под иностранным флагом), стоящие у причала или на якоре в вышеуказанных зонах SECA, должны обеспечить, чтобы через час после швартовки (или постановки на якорь) и за час до отхода от причала (или снятия с якоря) содержание серы в топливе, используемом на борту, не превышало 0,1% м/м. Или, как альтернатива, должна использоваться одобренная система очистки выхлопных газов (EGCS).

    Напомним, начиная с 1 января 2020 года, все суда (включая суда под иностранным флагом), входящие в зоны SECA или выходящие из них, должны соблюдать требования к предельному содержанию серы в топливе на уровне 0,1% м/м используя соответствующее бункерное топливо, или оснастив свои суда сертифицированными системами очистки выхлопных газов (скрубберами).
