    ЗАО «СММ» завершило транспортировку портальных кранов по Северному морскому пути

    Выгрузка «Витязей» запланирована на начало текущей недели

    Операция по транспортировке двух портальных кранов серии «Витязь» в собранном виде производства ЗАО «СММ» по Северному морскому пути (СМП, Севморпуть) из порта «Усть-Луга» во Владивостокский морской торговый порт (ВМТП) успешно завершилась 16 августа 2020 года. Об этом ИАА «ПортНьюс» сообщили в компании.

    Преодолев свыше 14 тыс. км от пункта отправления, специализированное судно ледового класса Nordic Svalbard вошло в пролив Босфор Восточный. Далее судно проследовало под Русским мостом – символом Владивостока. Высота пролета моста – 71 м над уровнем полной воды,  надводный габарит судна составил 68,5 м.

    «Точность расчетов, тщательная подготовка и накопленный компанией опыт позволили ЗАО «СММ» провести этот уникальный переход», - отмечается в сообщении.

    Напомним, что краны транспортируются в собранном виде с загруженными противовесами. Вес одного «Витязя» составляет 480 тонн, высота - 61 м. Грузоподъемное оборудование закреплено на судне с помощью металлических тросов. Всего использовано более 4 тыс. м тросов диаметром 18 мм.

    Выгрузка «Витязей» запланирована на начало этой недели.   

    Всего в 2020 году ЗАО «СММ» поставит во Владивостокский морской торговый порт четыре портальных крана серии «Витязь». Аналогичная транспортировка двух оставшихся кранов запланирована на ближайшие месяцы.

    Порт приобрел краны в рамках программы импортозамещения и модернизации производственных мощностей.  Новое оборудование позволит предприятию увеличить производительность труда, сократить время погрузки и выгрузки и повысит интенсивность обработки грузов.
