    Цены на бункерное топливо 24 августа могут снизиться - аналитики MABUX

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса по итогам 21 августа незначительно опустились

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса MABUX (индекс, рассчитываемый по текущим ценам на основные виды бункерного топлива в пуле ведущих портов мира), показали незначительное снижение 21 августа 2020 года, говорится в аналитическом обзоре, предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» компанией Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX).

    Мировые нефтяные индексы, в свою очередь, снизились 21 августа на неопределенности вокруг восстановления спроса.

    Октябрьский фьючерс нефти Brent на ICE в Лондоне снизился на $0,55 до $44,35 за баррель. Октябрьский фьючерс на легкую малосернистую нефть на NYMEX в Нью-Йорке подешевел на $0,48 до $42,34 за баррель. Спред между котировками составил $2,01 против $2,08 сессией ранее. Сентябрьский фьючерс на газойль потерял $11,00 - $360,00.

    Сегодня утром торги на ведущих биржах мира пока не имеют выраженного тренда.

    Риски пандемии коронавируса продолжают оставаться в центре внимания рынков, в том числе нефтяного. Вторая волна заражений может оказать дополнительное давление на восстановление спроса после падения в первом полугодии. Неопределенность вокруг ситуации с коронавирусом сохраняется, так как в ряде стран: Германия, Бразилия, Южная Корея и Индия, фиксируется рост новых случаев заражения.

    Согласно результатам министерского совещания государств-членов соглашения ОПЕК+, многие страны в мае и июне не до конца выполняли свои обязательства по сокращению добычи. ОПЕК+ в новом соглашении создал так называемый механизм компенсаций, в рамках которого не полностью выполнявшие свои обязательства страны должны до конца сентября компенсировать свое перепроизводство нефти: в общей сложности 2,3 млн баррелей в сутки перепроизводства. По заявлению мониторингового комитета альянса (JMMC), соблюдение этого механизма не только справедливо, но и необходимо для устойчивого возвращения баланса на рынок.

    Кроме того, в отчете ОПЕК+ указывается, что спрос на нефть в 2020 году может снизиться на 9,1 млн баррелей в сутки (на 100.000 баррелей в сутки больше, чем в предыдущем прогнозе). В 2021 году группа ожидает рост спроса на 7 млн баррелей в сутки.  Вместе с тем, картель рассматривает альтернативный сценарий развития рынка при возникновении второй волны пандемии коронавируса, которая, как ожидает ОПЕК+, может быть более продолжительной и сильной в Европе, Индии, Китае, США. В этом случае спрос на нефть упадет в 2020 году на 11,2 млн баррелей в сутки, что приведет к росту мировых запасов.

    Последние экономические данные из еврозоны показали, что в августе восстановление экономики Европы неожиданно потеряло динамику, что вызвало обеспокоенность по поводу роста спроса. Композитный индекс деловой активности в промышленности и сфере услуг (PMI) 19 стран еврозоны, по предварительной оценке, в августе неожиданно опустился, до 51,6 пункта с 54,9 пункта в июле.

    За неделю, завершившуюся 20 августа, число действующих нефтяных буровых установок в США выросло на 11, до 183 ед. Впервые с начала пандемии показатель роста составил двузначное число.

    «Мы полагаем, что сегодня цены на IFO могут снизиться в пределах минус $1-3, цены на MGO – в пределах минус $8-11», - отмечается в обзоре.
