    Керченская паромная переправа останавливает работу на неопределенный срок

    Паром переправы выполнил последний рейс 28 сентября

    Паромное сообщение между полуостровом Крым и материковой частью России по маршруту «порт Крым - порт Кавказ» будет остановлено на неопределенный срок, сообщает АО «АнРуссТранс», основной оператор на Керченской паромной переправе.

    Причина остановки – отсутствие спроса на перевозки. Главным направлением деятельности Керченской переправы являлась перевозка железнодорожных вагонов с грузами, пассажиров и автомобилей. После открытия Крымского моста перевозки были переориентированы, и спрос на морское сообщение резко упал. «28 сентября наш паром перевёз последнюю партию вагонов. Заказов на железнодорожные перевозки у компании больше нет. Мы приняли решение остановить работу переправы», - комментирует ситуацию генеральный директор АО «АнРуссТранс» Василий Анненков.

    Аналогичная ситуация сложилась и с автопассажирскими перевозками. «В 2019-2020 годах наш автопассажирский паром не выполнил ни одного рейса в Керченским проливе», - говорит Василий Анненков.

    Всего в Керченском проливе работало три автопассажирских парома «АнРуссТранс». Последний рейс с пассажирами на борту сделал паром «Крым» в октябре 2018 года. Тогда судно переправило из Кавказа в Крым 10 пассажиров и три автомобиля при общей вместимости 685 пассажиров и 160 автомобилей.

    Из-за остановки рейсов Керченской переправы будет также остановлена работа морского порта в Крыму. «Как оператор крымского порта, мы не сможем продолжать обслуживание инфраструктуры и вынуждены сократить всех специалистов», - говорит Василий Анненков.

    До последнего дня порт и переправу обслуживало около 300 сотрудников, большинство из которых потеряет работу после остановки рейсов. «Ранее оператор уже проводил сокращение персонала. В пиковые годы загрузки переправы её обслуживало более 700 сотрудников «АнРуссТранс». Сейчас их количество снизилось до 300 человек. После остановки большинство из них потеряет работу.

    Керченская паромная переправа существовала с 1954 года и относилась к числу стратегических объектов СССР, но в конце 1980-х годов паромы остановились из-за высокого технического износа. В конце 2004 года в рамках соглашения России и Украины о совместной эксплуатации Керченской переправы, оператором объекта стала Группа компаний «АнРуссТранс». В 2018 году после ввода в эксплуатацию Крымского моста переправа оставалась единственным альтернативным мосту транспортным сообщением в Керченском проливе. За весь период эксплуатации Керченской переправы не было ни единой аварии или аварийного происшествия. Переправа обеспечивала бесперебойную перевозку грузов, пассажиров и автомобилей.

    С 2004 года по настоящее время паромы «АнРуссТранс» перевезли в Керченском проливе более 24 млн тонн груза.

    В 2019 году президент России в поздравительной телеграмме в адрес коллектива «АнРуссТранс», управляющего переправой, отметил, что «благодаря профессионализму (коллектива)... в самые короткие сроки восстановлены железнодорожные паромы, создана современная портовая инфраструктура… все прошедшие годы, пока не был введён в эксплуатацию Крымский мост, железнодорожное паромное сообщение достойно, на высоком уровне выполняло свою миссию».
