    Строительство буксира-спасателя «Николай Семенченко» на Ахтубинском ССЗ идет по графику

    Спасательный буксир проекта NE011 должен быть передан Морспасслужбе в сентябре 2021 года

    Строительство морского противопожарного буксира-спасателя проекта NE011 на Ахтубинском судостроительно-судоремонтном заводе (входит в ООО «Объединенные Верфи Вега») ведется согласно утвержденному графику. Такой вывод, как сообщает пресс-служба Росморречфлота, сделала посетившая предприятие  инспекция Морспасслужбы, для которой строится судно.

    Противопожарный буксир-спасатель строится по проекту АО «Нордик Инжиниринг».

    Строительство судна осуществляется по госконтракту, заключенному с ФКУ «Дирекция госзаказчика», в рамках выполнения государственной целевой программы.

    Судно предназначено для буксировки несамоходных плавсредств, установки и снятии знаков плавучей и береговой судоходной обстановки, доставки и развёртывания средств ЛАРН, оказания помощи в тушении пожаров.

    Район плавания будущего буксира максимально широк - морская акватория и внутренние водные пути. Предполагается использование судна при плавании в мелкобитом разреженном льду толщиной до 70 см, а также за ледоколом в сплошном льду толщиной до 65 см. Автономность судна – 10 суток. Дальность плавания экономическим ходом с палубным грузом до 33 тонн (без буксировки) составляет около 2200 миль. Дальность буксировки со скоростью 6 узлов с использованием 85% мощности главных двигателей составляет около 950 миль, а дальность плавания экономическим ходом с максимальным палубным грузом 50 тонн составляет около 1200 миль.

    С момента закладки киля в январе 2020 года проведены стендовые испытания главных двигателей, полностью сформирован корпус буксира за исключением вырезов под погрузку оборудования, завершена сборка рулевой рубки.

    В октябре запланированы постановка и монтаж рулевой рубки на штатное место, монтаж якорно-швартовых полубрашпилей (якорного лебедочного устройства) и буксирно-якореподъемной лебедки, а также монтаж главного распределительного щита судна.

    Представители Морспасслужбы предложили увеличить места размещения персонала на противопожарном буксире-спасателе с 10 до 14. Это позволит использовать судно в научно-исследовательских работах, которые требуют размещение на судне дополнительного персонала.  

    По графику спасательный буксир проекта NE011 должен быть передан Морспасслужбе в сентябре 2021 года.

    Основные размерения и характеристики судна: длина наибольшая — 26,81 м, габаритная длина — 27,41 м, габаритная ширина — 10,12 м, высота борта на миделе — 3,30 м, осадка рабочая минимальная — 2,0 м, водоизмещение судна при осадке по КВЛ — 391,6 куб. м, мощность ГД (мин/макс), кВт — 2х(595/640).

    Как сообщалось ранее, церемония закладки морского противопожарного буксира-спасателя проекта Ne011 для ФБУ «Морспасслужба» на АО «Ахтубинский судостроительно–судоремонтный завод» состоялась 22 января 2020 года.

    Морскому противопожарному буксиру-спасателю проекта NE011 присвоено название «Николай Семенченко» в честь начальника технического отдела Азово-Черноморского филиала ФГБУ «Морспасслужба» - Николая Семенченко.
