    KGH стала частью группы A. P. Moller-Maersk

    Завершена интеграция шведского оператора таможенных услуг KGH Customs Services в структуру Maersk

    Шведская компания KGH Customs Services, осуществляющая деятельность по управлении торговыми и таможенными услугами в Европе, завершила интеграцию в структуру датской группы компаний A. P. Moller-Maersk, говорится в сообщении Maersk.

    Полный пакет акций компании был приобретен у Bridgepoint Development Capital,

    Структура KGH теперь будет включать шесть сегментов, привязанных к географическим регионам, охватывающих страны Европы. Будут созданы два специализированных бизнес-подразделения: консалтинговое и цифровое, работающими в тесном сотрудничестве с соответствующими командами в Maersk.  

    В логотипе будет отражено, что KGH является одной из компаний группы Maersk.

    «Добавление таможенных услуг KGH к семейству Maersk, официально оформленное 1 сентября, укрепляет возможности A. P. Moller-Maersk как интегрированной контейнерной и логистической компании, предлагающей своим глобальным клиентам комплексные решения по цепочкам поставок», – говорится в сообщении.

    Приобретение шведской компании обошлось Maersk в 2,6 млрд шведских крон ($279 млн на безналичной основе).

    Как было объявлено ранее, действующий генеральный директор KGH Ларс Борджессон продолжит руководить объединенной таможенной деятельностью в Европе как KGH, так и Maersk.

    Головной офис KGH находится в Гетеборге (Швеция). В 2019 году выручка KGH достигла почти 890 млн шведских крон ($95,5 млн), а текущая прибыль до вычета процентов, налогов и амортизационных отчислений (EBITDA) – около 160 млн шведских крон ($17,2 млн). Численность сотрудников компании – 775 человек. Ежегодно компания выполняет 1,98 млн процедур таможенной очистки.

    A.P. Moller-Maersk является крупнейшей международной группой компаний, которые работают в более чем 130 странах мира. Численность сотрудников группы превышает 88 тыс. человек. В группу входит самый крупный линейный контейнерный перевозчик Maersk Line. Группа осуществляет свою деятельность в различных бизнес-сегментах: морских контейнерных перевозках, логистике, а также в нефтегазовой отрасли. A.P. Moller-Maersk имеет пять основных подразделений: Maersk Line, APM Terminals, Maersk Oil, Maersk Drilling и APM Shipping Services (объединяющая четыре бизнес-подразделения Maersk Supply Service, Svitzer, Maersk Tankers и Damco).
