    Цены на бункерное топливо 23 ноября покажут слабый рост - аналитики MABUX

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса по итогам 20 ноября незначительно выросли

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса MABUX (индекс, рассчитываемый по текущим ценам на основные виды бункерного топлива в пуле ведущих портов мира) показали слабое движение вверх 20 ноября 2020 года, говорится в аналитическом обзоре, предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» компанией Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX).

    Мировые нефтяные индексы, также немного выросли 20 ноября на фоне оптимизма по поводу перспектив восстановления спроса на топливо.

    Январский фьючерс нефти Brent на ICE в Лондоне вырос на $0,76 до $44,96 за баррель. Январский фьючерс на легкую малосернистую нефть на NYMEX в Нью-Йорке подорожал на $0,68 до $42,42 за баррель. Спред между котировками составил $2,54 против $2,46 сессией ранее. Декабрьский фьючерс на газойль прибавил $1,75.

    Сегодня нефтяные индексы продолжают рост на фоне надежд по поводу появления вакцины от COVID-19, которая должна поддержать восстановление спроса.

    Успешные испытания вакцин против COVID-19 компаниями Pfizer и BioNTech, а также компанией Moderna на прошлой неделе стали главными движущими факторами на рынке. Ожидается, что появление вакцины окажет благотворное влияние на восстановление спроса на топливо, поскольку позволит снять карантинные ограничения по всему миру. Американская Pfizer и немецкая BioNTech подали 20 ноября запрос в управление по санитарному надзору за качеством пищевых продуктов и медикаментов (FDA) США для получения разрешения на экстренное использование вакцины от COVID-19.

    Министерский мониторинговый комитет ОПЕК+ в середине ноября обсудил ситуацию на рынке нефти на фоне «второй волны» коронавируса. По его итогам не было вынесено никакой рекомендации, хотя до этого эксперты ОПЕК+ рекомендовали министрам рассмотреть сохранение текущих ограничений добычи на первый квартал или на первое полугодие 2021 года. Комитет обещал дать рекомендации по этому вопросу к заседанию альянса 1 декабря.

    Поддержку котировкам также оказали сообщения о ситуации в Саудовской Аравии. Представитель военных йеменских повстанцев из движения «Ансар Алла» (хуситы) заявил о ракетном обстреле распределительной станции нефтегазовой госкомпании Saudi Aramco. Кроме того, было заявлено, что такие обстрелы будут продолжаться.

    Согласно данным Baker Hughes, за прошлую неделю число действующих нефтяных буровых установок в США снизилось на 5 - до 231 единиц.

    Сообщения о том, что лидер республиканцев в Сенате США Митч Макконнелл согласен на возобновление переговоров о новых экономических стимулах на фоне продолжающегося роста заболеваемости коронавирусом в стране, также поддерживают топливные индексы.

    Ливия увеличила добычу нефти до 1,25 млн баррелей в сутки (б/с). В настоящее время Ливия освобождена от обязательств сокращать добычу нефти вместе со странами ОПЕК+ из-за проходивших в стране военных действий. Глава NOC в начале ноября заявил, что страна будет готова присоединиться к сделке ОПЕК+ только при достижении стабильного производства на уровне 1,7 млн б/с.

    «Мы полагаем, что сегодня цены на бункерное топливо покажут слабый рост. Цены на тяжелые сорта могут вырасти на $3-5, дизельное топливо может подорожать на $1-4», - отмечается в обзоре.
