    Бункерное топливо 1 декабря может подешеветь - аналитики MABUX

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса по итогам 30 ноября незначительно подросли

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса MABUX (индекс, рассчитываемый по текущим ценам на основные виды бункерного топлива в пуле ведущих портов мира), показали незначительный рост 30 ноября 2020 года, говорится в аналитическом обзоре, предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» компанией Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX).

    380 HSFO - USD/MT – 326,98 (+0,58)
    VLSFO - USD/MT – 394,00 (+1,00)
    MGO - USD/MT – 462,369 (+1,82)

    Сравнение Индекса рыночных бункерных цен (Market Bunker Prices = MBP) с Индексом оцифрованных бункерных цен MABUX (Digital Bunker Prices = DBP) в четырех крупнейших хабах мира показало, что 30 ноября 380 HSFO и VLSFO были несколько переоценены практически во всех портах, за исключением Роттердама (топливо 380 HSFO в порту 30 ноября было недооценено на 6 USD), в то время, как цены на MGO LS имели недооценку во всех портах, за исключением Хьюстона.

    Мировые нефтяные индексы, в свою очередь, также продолжили умеренное падение на фоне неопределенности по сделке ОПЕК+.

    Январский фьючерс нефти Brent на ICE в Лондоне снизился на $0,59 до $47,59 за баррель.  Январский фьючерс на легкую малосернистую нефть на NYMEX в Нью-Йорке подешевел на $0,19 до $45,34 за баррель. Спред между котировками составил $2,25 против $2,65 сессией ранее. Декабрьский фьючерс на газойль потерял $4,50 - $387,00

    Сегодня утром торги на ведущих биржах мира пока не имеют выраженного тренда.

    Рынок продолжает следить за новостями по сделке ОПЕК+. Неформальное заседание министерского мониторингового комитета, состоявшееся 29 ноября, завершилось без единого согласованного мнения. На данный момент ОПЕК+ обсуждает возможность продления текущих квот по сокращению добычи нефти на первый квартал 2021 года или даже четыре месяца, а также вариант постепенного ежемесячного ослабления этих ограничений, начиная с января.

    При этом, добыча нефти странами ОПЕК выросла пятый месяц подряд, поскольку увеличение добычи в Ливии превысило согласованное сокращение другими странами. Организация стран-экспортеров нефти в ноябре произвела 25,31 млн баррелей в сутки, что больше октябрьского показателя на 750,000 баррелей в сутки. В Иране и Венесуэле, также освобожденных от сокращений членов организации, тоже наблюдался рост объема производства.

    Одновременно, сохраняется оптимизм по вакцинам от коронавируса. Инвесторы надеются, что благодаря вакцине удастся поддержать восстановление мировой экономики, что в свою очередь позитивно отразится на спросе.

    Китайская экономика на протяжении последних месяцев активно восстанавливается после сильного удара пандемии коронавируса в первом квартале этого года. Прогнозируется, что по итогам года темпы роста ВВП КНР ускорятся на 2,1-2,3%, а в следующем году этот показатель может достичь 7,5-8,1%. Ожидается, что Китай продолжит проводить активную финансовую политику, уделять больше внимания точности и гибкости монетарной политики, содействовать модернизации потребления, а также повышению качества и эффективности инвестиций.

    Представители правительства ФРГ приветствовали возобновление укладки "Северного потока 2" в 2020 году. Ранее в Nord Stream 2 AG сообщили, что укладку газопровода планируется возобновить в этом году, будет использовать судно с якорным позиционированием. Против проекта по-прежнему активно выступают США, продвигающие в ЕС свой сжиженный природный газ, а также Украина и ряд европейских стран.

    «Мы полагаем, что сегодня цены на IFO могут снизиться на $1-3. MGO может также подешеветь на $2-4», - отмечается в обзоре.
