    Wartsila поставит комплект двигателей для новейшего судна-кабелеукладчика группы Prysmian

    Проект нового выдвижного подруливающего устройства разработан в технологическом и сервисном центре Wärtsilä Marine (Нидерланды)  

    Leonardo Da Vinci, современное, экологичное судно для прокладки подводного кабеля на глубине до 3 тыс. метров, в настоящее время находится  в стадии достройки и оснащения. Кабелеукладчик будет эксплуатироваться группой компаний Prysmian Group, сообщает финская компания Wartsila. Компания поставит для него комплект двигателей.

    Судно будет прокладывать силовой кабель, усиленный композитными материалами на основе арамидных волокон, с помощью двух гигантских каруселей для транспортировки и прокладки кабеля: одна грузоподъемностью 7 тыс. тонн, другая – 10 тыс. тонн.

    Отмечается, что, по прогнозам экспертов, мировой рынок услуг по прокладке подводного кабеля к 2025 году вырастет более чем на 12% и достигнет $26,16 млрд. Такие суда, как Leonardo Da Vinci, станут более востребованными в связи с ростом спроса на возобновляемые источники энергии, морские ветряные электростанции и необходимостью их подключения к береговым распределительным сетям.

    Помимо специализированных технических возможностей судно будет отличаться экологичностью: выбросы углекислого газа с судна являются одними из самых низких в своем классе, благодаря, в том числе, системе динамического позиционирования (DP) и силовой установке.

    Тяговое усилие составляет около 200 тонн. На судне установлено шесть двигателей производства Wärtsilä: четыре двигателя серии 8V31 и два – 8L20. Эти двигатели будут обеспечивать потребности в электричестве на борту – от двигателя и механики, до удовлетворения бытовых нужд экипажа из 120 человек.

    Помимо указанных двигателей, финская технологическая группа также поставит для кабелеукладчика свое усовершенствованное вертикальное выдвижное подруливающее устройство проекта Wärtsilä WST-24R, с помощью которого оптимизируются возможности стабилизации судна, с понижением требования к мощности при значительном повышении производительности.

    Новая конструкция выдвижного подруливающего устройства была разработана после проведения исследований и разработок в технологическом и сервисном центре Wärtsilä Marine в Нидерландах с учетом потребностей морских судов, участвующих в строительстве морских установок, полупогружных буровых установок и универсальных судов-кабелеукладчиков, таких как Leonardo Da Vinci.

    Передача судна в эксплуатацию Prysmian Group планируется на второй квартал 2021 года.
