    NYK построит два танкера для транспортировки СУГ

    Судоходная компания заказала два морских газовоза типоразмера VLGS на японской верфи KHI

    Крупнейшая японская транспортно-логистическая компания Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (Nippon Yusen Kaisha/NYK Line) разместила заказ на строительство двух танкеров типоразмера VLGC для транспортировки сжиженного углеводородного газа (СУГ) на японском судостроительном заводе KHI Sakaide Works (входит в группу Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd. /KHI). Как сообщает пресс-служба судоходной компании, суда будут переданы в эксплуатацию в 2022 году.

    Газовозы будут оснащены двигателями, работающими на двух видах топлива, и соответствовать не только требованиям к предельному уровню содержания серы (с января 2020 года действуют более строгие стандарты), но и требованиям к индексу энергоэффективности проекта судна EEDI-3.
     
    На палубе судна будут размещены топливные танки, СУГ можно будет загружать в качестве судового топлива отдельно от перевозимого груза. Наличие СУГ танков на палубе увеличивает дальность рейса судна, когда используется газовое топливо, даже если размер судна остается прежним.

    Основные характеристики газовоза: длина габаритная – около 230 м; ширина – 37,20 м; высота борта – 21,90 м; осадка по летнюю грузовую ватерлинию – 11,60 м; вместимость танков – около 86 500куб. м (включая палубный топливный танк – 2,5 тыс. куб. м).

NYK имеет региональные представительства в Лондоне, Нью-Йорке, Сингапуре, Гонконге и Сан-Паулу. Имеет в управлении терминалы, склады и логистические хабы в Азии, Европе и Северной Америке.
