    Мировой бункерный индекс MABUX в течение недели продолжил направленный восходящий тренд

    Определяющее влияние на дальнейшее движение рынка будет иметь результат встречи ОПЕК+

    Мировой бункерный индекс MABUX продолжил направленный восходящий тренд в течение недели. Как говорится в аналитическом обзоре, предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» компанией Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX), основным драйвером роста топливных котировок стало ожидание решения альянса ОПЕК+ по дальнейшей судьбе соглашения об ограничении добычи.

    Индекс 380 HSFO снизился на 7,57 USD: с 418,58 USD/MT до 411,01 USD/MT, Индекс VLSFO уменьшился на 11,82 USD: c 527,73 USD/MT до 515,91 USD/MT, в то время как Индекс MGO также снизился на 9,87 USD с 592,37 USD/MT до 582,50. USD/MT.

    Глобальный индекс скрубберного спреда (Global Scrubber Spread (SS) - разница в цене между 380 HSFO и VLSFO) не имел существенных изменений по итогам недели и составил в среднем 105,27 USD против 105,66 USD на прошлой неделе.

    Корреляция индекса MBP (рыночные бункерные цены) и индекса DBP (цифровой бенчмарк MABUX) в четырех крупнейших хабах мира за истекшую неделю показала, что топливо 380 HSFO и MGO LS остаются недооцененными во всех выбранных портах, кроме Хьюстона. В Хьюстоне данные виды топлива переоценены на $8 и $14 соответственно. Согласно DBP Index, недооценка 380 HSFO в среднем составляла от минус $15 в Фуджайре до минус $24 долларов в Сингапуре. MGO LS также был недооценен в пределах от минус $13 в Фуджайре до минус $4 в Сингапуре. VLSFO по итогам неделе остался переоцененным во всех портах, за исключением Сингапура, где этот вид топлива недооценен на минус $6. Переоценка в остальных портах в среднем составляла от плюс $2 в Фуджайре до плюс $21 в Хьюстоне.

    «Определяющее влияние на дальнейшее движение рынка будет иметь результат встречи ОПЕК+, которая проходит 4 марта. Ожидалось, что группа производителей ОПЕК + увеличит объем добычи примерно на 500 000 баррелей в день с апреля. Также ожидалось, что де-факто лидер ОПЕК Саудовская Аравия частично или полностью прекратит добровольное сокращение добычи еще на 1 миллион баррелей в сутки. В то же время, существует возможность, что объем сокращений будет оставлен без изменений из-за растущего спроса и восстановления мировой экономики», - отмечается в обзоре.
