    На Камчатке за использование запрещенных орудия лова с судовладельца взыскан ущерб на сумму 20 млн руб.

    Нарушение природоохранного законодательства выявлено сотрудниками Погрануправления в ходе проверки судна в районе промысла

    Решением Петропавловск-Камчатского городского суда удовлетворены исковые требования военного прокурора 310 военной прокуратуры гарнизона о взыскании с ООО «Меркурий» ущерба, причиненного водным биологическим ресурсам Российской Федерации, в размере 20 млн 493 тыс. 145 руб., который возмещен указанной компанией в полном объеме. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба Пограничного управления (ПУ) ФСБ России по восточному арктическому региону.

    Как следует из результатов судебного заседания посредством использования судна БМРТ «Бутовск», принадлежащего ООО «Меркурий», в 2019 году в Восточно-Сахалинской подзоне Охотского моря осуществлена добыча (вылов) запрещенным орудием лова - разноглубинным тралом 172/784 м тихоокеанской сельди, общей массой 48 тонн.

    Нарушение природоохранного законодательства выявлено сотрудниками ПУ ФСБ России по восточному арктическому району в ходе проверки судна в районе промысла в рамках осуществления федерального государственного контроля (надзора) в области рыболовства и сохранения водных биологических ресурсов в части морских биологических ресурсов.

    Пограничное управление напоминает пользователям водными биологическими ресурсами о необходимости соблюдения требований Федерального закона «О рыболовстве и сохранении водных биологических ресурсов», Федерального закона «Об исключительной экономической зоне Российской Федерации», Правил рыболовства для Дальневосточного рыбохозяйственного бассейна.
