    DNV намерена уделить внимание обеспечению здоровых условий труда на флоте

    В классификационном обществе разработали протокол аудита в отношении безопасности здоровья моряков

     

    В ответ на воздействие пандемии коронавируса на моряков, DNV поручила своим аудиторам по управлению безопасностью при проведении проверок в 2021 году уделять особое внимание здоровью, условиям труда и жизни моряков. В сообщении DNV отмечается, что в классификационном обществе при поддержке экспертов уже разработан отдельный протокол аудита, направленный на решение проблем, связанных со здоровьем и благополучием экипажа.

    «Пандемия во многих случаях затрудняла ротацию судовых экипажей, что обернулось проблемами для психического здоровья моряков, работающих и живущих в относительно ограниченных пространствах в течение продолжительного времени», – считает Георг Смефьель, руководитель отдела систем менеджмента на флоте в DNV Maritime.

    На сегодняшний день международные отраслевые организации пытаются решить проблему смены экипажей судов, так как сотни тысяч моряков вынуждены были продлевать свою смену, работать сверх допустимого максимума, предусмотренного контрактами, из-за невозможности сойти на берег. МОТ указывала на значительные риски, которые переработка и усталость экипажей представляет для физического здоровья и психического состояния отдельных моряков, и как это может сказаться на безопасности судоходства и морской среды. Новый протокол аудита DNV берет за основу Международный кодекс по управлению безопасностью (ISM) и Конвенцию о труде в морском судоходстве (MLC) от 2006 года. Общая цель этих правил заключается в обеспечении безопасности на море, требуя от судоходных компаний обеспечения, среди прочего, безопасных условий труда на рабочем месте посредством оценки всех выявленных рисков для судов и персонала и установления соответствующих мер безопасности.

    На сегодняшний день DNV (прежнее название DNV GL) является самым крупным международным классификационным и сертификационным обществом. Оно образовалось после слияния 12 сентября 2013 года норвежского общества Det Norske Veritas (DNV)  и немецкого Germanischer Lloyd (GL). Помимо услуг по сертификации и освидетельствованию для морской отрасли, компания оказывает классификационные и консультационные услуги для нефтегазовой промышленности, в секторе возобновляемых источников энергии. Сегодня DNV GL не только осуществляет классификацию, техническое обеспечение, но также разрабатывает собственное программное обеспечение, предоставляет независимые экспертные заключения для морской и энергетической отраслей. DNV GL работает в 100 странах, со штатом сотрудников из почти 16 тыс. человек. Руководство DNV GL, в соответствии с решением принятым после пересмотра своей стратегии, постановило с 1 марта 2021 года сократить прежнее название компании до DNV.
