  Порт Шахтерск отгрузил 188 119 тонн угля на балкер Mineral Yang Fan

  Угольный морской порт Шахтерск (логистический актив Восточной горнорудной компании, ВГК) завершил отгрузку объёмом 188 119 тонн угля на балкер типоразмера Capesize Mineral Yang Fan (флаг Маршалловы острова). Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ВГК.
  
  Подчеркивается, что порт первым в Сахалинской области принял 300-метровое судно и первым в истории РФ произвёл рекордную отгрузку объёмом 188 119 тонн угля.  
  
  Балкер длиной 300 м, шириной 50 м принял на борт уголь, добытый на Солнцевском угольном разрезе, и направился в порт Индии.
  
  Производственные мощности порта и рейдовый способ перевалки угля, используемый в угольном морском порту Шахтерск, позволяют обрабатывать суда дедвейтом до 300 тыс. тонн. Погрузка велась через плавучий терминал-перегружатель Genova.
  
  Добавим, ранее в РФ крупнейшая отгрузка угля объёмом 166 800 тонн была произведена в порту Ванино в 2019 году.  
  
  ООО «Угольный морской порт Шахтерск» (УМПШ) - морской угольный терминал, входящий в десятку портов РФ по объемам перевалки сухих грузов. Мощность берегового перегрузочного комплекса УМПШ составляет 10 тыс. тонн в час. В порту реализуется программа рейдовой погрузки, для осуществления которой совместно с сингапурской компанией RockTree было создано предприятие ООО «Роктри ВГК СТВ». Объём отгрузки угля через УМПШ в 2020 году составил 10,7 млн тонн угля, что на 21% больше аналогичного показателя предыдущего года. План отгрузки на 2021 год - 11,9 млн тонн.
             
  На период до 2022 года запланирована реализация масштабной инвестиционной программы модернизации порта для увеличения его пропускной способности до 20 млн тонн к 2025 году. Проект модернизации предусматривает увеличение объемов хранения склада и установку нового современного оборудования такого, как технологические линии со стакер-реклаймерами. Производительность каждой единицы оборудования составит 4000 т/ч при работе в качестве стакера, 4500 т/ч - при работе в качестве реклаймера. Для снижения количества вредных выбросов в окружающую среду предусмотрена установка новой транспортной конвейерной системы с укрытием, системы пылеподавления в процессе формирования штабелей при помощи мобильных установок.
